They don't do coupons or online specials. Prices are higher than most places but the food is good. Just don't get them much, since chardon doesn't take coupons

So I went to this location and there’s a lit up sign that says “open” and another flashing light that says “ drive-through open “. I Pulled up to the drive-through….nothing. I parked in the parking lot and try to open the front door nothing. Hello? Hello? And now I’m wasting my time writing about it :-(I’ve never written a review before so it shows you how annoyed I am.)

Hours on Google clearly state open at 9am. That's 100% inaccurate. Drive miles out of the way in a feeble attempt to order a sandwich only to realize this store OUTRIGHT REFUSES to update hours of operation. Needless to say you've lost a customer for life and I'll tell anyone who'll listen that your business practices are outright dishonest and trash.

I LOVE Mr. Hero. I've been going to them since I was a kid. Their chicken philly sub and breaded mushrooms are my favorite.
