Normally I don't do this type of thing. But my order was messed up 3 times i had to wait 20 min in drive thru and I still didn't get everything I ordered.. they rung up my order wrong even though I said it slow because I knew it was semi sizable... probably lost my business from now on.

They absolutely refuse to cook fresh food, especially mornings. There will be nobody in line, and I will still get cold overcooked hashbrowns that get hard sitting in the warmer. Even when you ask for fresh, they'll say sure and still give you the old food.

Had to climb in the play area to get my son. It looked like it needed to be cleaned! Very dirty. You can tell it's not cleaned often. The amount of dust you can see on the top of the slide is unbelievable. I'm also glad I brought tablecloths because when we arrived the tables had food on them, and the floors did as well. Other than that, my children had so much fun. Not really set up to have big parties there, but for being free it wasn't bad. Just wish the play area was cleaned/disinfectanted.

Had a birthday party there and we stopped in the lobby to put toppings on the cake for a surprise. Someone came out immediately and told us we couldn't be in the lobby we had just sat the cake down 10 seconds ago. There was a total of 5 family members that had to take food back because it wasn't even relatively fresh the kids nuggets were dry and hard. Manager had an attitude because we wanted it replaced some of the staff was friendly and didn't mind. I doubt we have another party there Burger King was good when I was a child now not so much.

Tried to order the coke freeze slushes. The lady waiting on us was really nice-The machine out front was out of it and the machine behind the counter was frozen up.Sadly, we had to get a refund -Everyone was really nice!They even have a cute play place for the kiddos.Crowns everywhere.Parking: More than enough parkingKid-friendliness: Kids meal, play place and crowns!
I ordered through the drive thru and had my 2 year old daughter with me. Ordering was a breeze and everyone I/ my daughter interacted with was seriously so sweet. By far the best fast food experience I’ve had in awhile if not ever. You guys are doing great, keep it up!!

Asked for fresh fries... visually watched the "manager" proceed to dump old cold fries in with the new hot fries. I call him out on it and he totally denies it... even though I saw it with my own eyes.I paid for a meal but did not, in the end, get any fries. I think the manager needs more training. On a better note.. my burger was delicious.
