The sloppiness is unbelievable. I could barely even use my hands to take a bite. Nothing extra was added to make it that way. Just a plain, sloppy mess. The tomato was wrapped up outside of the bun. The taste is okay, but it's also very watery/wet. They didn't even include napkins for the mess that they gave me. Probably won't order again.

Prices are ridiculous for what you get. The food is average. But nothing to write home about. They never have enough workers, alot of rude employees and if you use Door Dash here - good luck. Every single time the wait is almost a half n hour. Always. Not worth the aggravation, the treatment by the employees and my time.

We decided to try out Jersey Mikes. Started out well but ended up waiting at the store for 45 minutes after we ordered our food. Everyone that was behind us in line had gotten their food and eaten it by the time we had gotten it. When we finally got our food, there was no apology or anything. Terrible customer service and experience.

What a great addition to our community!! With the shop just opening recently, it seems there has some been some kinks to work out which is expected. Service has always been good. The online app is so easy to use. Get on and order, then just pick up on the rack. No wait for them to prepare or check you out. Download the app to get points for your sub purchases. You can also use it for in store purchases. The spicy dill chips, brownies, and cookies are so good as well. Everything made fresh even all veggies chopped in house daily.
