Marco's is one of my favorite pizza shops in Chillicothe. They have friendly staff and put the most cheese in their pizzas compared to every other place. Their pizza is unique yet delicious.

She will go above and beyond for this place, I'll never forget what she has done tonight . She called me while I was at work to make sure that I would get my order from her personally which she didn't even have to.Marcos should give her a seat ? at Corporate...Thanks for such an exceptional customer service ??

The pizza is ok. The people are ok too. Not my favorite, but would go there again.
In the past I've given this restaurant one star. Recently I gave it another try. It's like I was walking into an entirely different pizza shop. Over the course of a few weeks, I have ordered pizza, sub, salad, bread sticks and brownies. They were all phenomenal. Apparently there is a different crew headed up by an niced white haired person, who has apparently made some staff changes because each time I have been in the safe has been pleasant and helpful. They've also done some obvious house cleaning. Will definitely be coming quite often.

Love the pizza here. The cheesy bread is even better. Friendly staff. On time, EVERY TIME. They once messed up by adding pepperoni on my pizza when I didn’t ask for it, and they replaced the entire $100.00 order. I love Marco’s.( This is not a fake review.).

Would be a great pizza business if they could get it together. Great product but continuously understaffed in which they make their problem yours. Placing an online order only to have it cancelled and then have to wait on your money to be returned is not cool. This has been going on for way to long. At least close online ordering before you decide to close early. That's a nobrainer. Save yourself the time and order from someone that has employees.

Order was incorrect called to get it fixed and it was still incorrect and I didn’t realize that bread is supposed to be wet. Hmmm terrible place terrible incompetent staff poor leadership. Don’t waste your time getting food here

I was very happy when Marco's added a Chillicothe location! I lived in NW Ohio for over 20 years, where Marco's is based. I've enjoyed their great quality dishes since the 90s and it's been my favorite pizza since I first tried it.I hope more people in the area become aware of how excellent this food is!Vegetarian options: Cauliflower crust is wonderful
