The food is great!!! But.......The girl who answered the phone however was rude and treated me as if I was stupid. Maybe train your employees in customer service or get rid of her and replace her with someone who has a better attitude???? Very poor customer service. Due to this I will not be back.

Horrible experience. Order was completely messed up and management refused to replace the sanwitch but said they would sell me another sandwich. I won't be back and wouldn't recommend anyone else waste their money at Mr Sub either.

I have always loved Mister Sub, today changed that. Very disappointed in the service and attitudes and the fact that one of 4 of my subs was not made correctly and they completely dismissed it. They would not replace it nor offer anything else for the mistake to make it right.

If you're looking for a non-chain sub-shop, this is your pick. Other reviews can regale you with their selections, but for me, it's the meatball sub, which reminds me of the grinders I've gotten on the East Coast. The sauce is perfect, and the meatballs are delicious, but the bread steals the show. My wife opts for the Italian Sub and loves it every time. I've also got a good Philly sub here. There is no cheese whiz, but it's close to the recipe. Inside the place is nothing to write home about. One big drawback: You might miss the place because the owner hasn't changed the sign, which says "The Mill pizza" out front. It gives the impression that it's not open, or about the close. It was acceptable for a few months, but after years, it's time to invest the sign, my guy.
