Stopped in for lunch and my wife got the soup, salad, and bread sticks. I got the pasta e fagioli and it was great as usual. I tried the ravioli carbonara for the first time and it was really good.

Unfortunately, the food does not match the service or the ambiance. The Chicken Marsala has been changed, and the Marsala sauce I fear has never met Marsala wine. Now, I realize this is a chain, but what was served previously was much better. Chicken marsala should be a delight, but this was beyond disappointing. I didn’t eat it . But service was outstanding.

We LOVE Olive Garden, but after tonight, our weekly date night, we are least likely to return. We were seated just fine but it's from there that every thing went awry for us. Took about 5 or so mins before anyone even asked if we were helped. Finally, a waitress, (not our waitress apparently...) came and took our order. We BOTH went to the restroom and when I returned, our actual server came up and said she was our server (Haley). I told her we already ordered and she seemed frustrated and said okay, came back later to inform us that our order was in. She said no one told her she was seated (was she even paying attention?)We finally get our drinks, and mine is incorrect. I received a rum drink with strawberry in it, an allergy. She bad mouthed the other server saying she can't take orders very well, then asked me if I wanted her to re order my drink....well, yeah, I would! We told her that we can't have the strawberry and she said she'd take it away and asked not to touch it so she doesn't get sued lol...the best part is, she left it on our table for about 40 mins before finally taking it away (we had to ask her...and she kept saying she can't and would get it later). I got my correct drink at the end of our meal (roughly 45 mins later....) and it even took forever to get a refill on water....I had to drink my wife's water while I waited. Also my dinner entre was bland, and we didn't get our Andes mints at the end of the meal. It was just not a good experience.....I usually tip well, but I gave her a very small tip, but honestly, I should have left nothing and asked for a discount...i hope management sees this and trains accordingly.

You can never go wrong with anything on the menu. I prefer their spaghetti and meatballs. I used to get Alfredo but to be honest Frazzoliis is better. Of course the salad and bread sticks are always great. The statement regarding Alfredo is just my opinion.

This was the worst dining experience I have ever had. I took my extended family for a late lunch and we were seated right away, no problems. There were soft of us. Twenty minutes pass with no waiter. I go out and find the manager standing around and politely ask who and where our waiter is. He apologized and went to get someone. Ten minutes pass he is still standing around, no waiter. I basically beg him, can we at least get some drinks? He says sure and tells a busboy something who then scurried away. It took another 10 minutes for a waitress to show up. And she takes our drinks and appetizer orders. It will be another 10 minutes before the drinks arrive. It has been 50 minutes of sitting and waiting before we even get a drink. Food gets there 1 hour and 20 minutes after sitting down. I am literally on my second bite of entree and the waitress asks if it will all be together or separate. I am annoyed, tell her it will all be on one. Then she says she will be bringing us boxes for our food. As she returns and is handing out boxes, she explains how beautiful it is outside and she really wants to hurry up and get to enjoy some of it. She asks if I'm done with the receipt. I finish it and give it to her. Then we eat a little more surrounded by take out boxes. Until we decide to just leave and take the food with us. We have been here several times. Our bill was 200 dollars for the worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant. We will never go there again.

Our experience was just not the best. Our server, Samantha, had to be reminded to bring us everything from bread, to drinks to even our food. By the time she brought it out the food looked old and tasted worse, as if it had been sitting under the heating lamp for a while. Which was highly frustrating as we watched her serve the table that got there after us with such promptness and received fresh food. Never again will we eat at this location much less with her as a server.

No spoon to stir coffee, and no spoon to dip ranch dressing with, and I was not asked if I needed anything.

Waited for over an hour for our food while multiple people were seated after us got their food ate and left. Finally ours came and mine was wrong while his was correct so he had food while I continued to wait. I didn’t order anything complicated or changed the menu item at all! I ordered chicken scampi (with No changes) our server then disappeared again saying she would fix it. We sat another 10 minutes with nothing finally I went to ask for a manager. He came out with my chicken scampi. I explained how we had seen multiple people come and go after us and we were just getting our food. He said ok I’m taking off your chicken scampi! I said that’s it he said let me see how long you’ve been here and came back and said yes that’s all I’m taking off! So my point is if you have an hour and a half to wait to get your food for lunch (not eating it just getting it) then by all means go to Chillicothe Olive Garden.

I want to get my birthday dinner and I came home .I open my sprimp alfredo with broccoli and mushrooms, and it was very little sauce. I did ask for extra sauce and got a very small cup. So I made my own sauce . I was so upset. I don't feel like family.

Went there for dinner tonight with the family and things started out pretty well, the wait was only about 5 minutes and we were seated. It took about 15 min to get our drinks and place our order. About 5 minutes later we had our salad and breadsticks, sadly everything went down hill from there. First it was not the normal Olive Garden salad. It was made with iceberg lettuce instead of Romaine and it has radish and carrots and no croutons. It also hade very little dressing. After that we waited over 20 minutes for out appetizer to arrive. The wait was long enough that I check the check to make sure it had been put in. During this time our server did not stop at our table to check to make sure we were doing ok. Our 4 of us had empty drinks and we were out of breadsticks. Finally our appetizer arrived and it was fine. It was delivered by Simone other than our server (something that would not normally draw my attention but we had not seen our server in almost 20 min at this point) our server this did at least check to make sure it was right and get refills, however she did not take the empty glasses and salad plate which were taking g up a large portion of the table. We finished our appetizer and waited for our food but it did. It arrive. After we had been here for over an hour and our food did not arrive, we flagged the hostess and asked if she could get the manager. When the manager arrived (an fairly young gentleman that I would estimate to be in his early 20 at best) I explained the situation (not getting out food, unable to get our server, and the disappointment with the salad) and he simply stated that the kitchen was running behind. This is something that I knew to be false as there was a part of 8 seated beside us that arrived at least 20 min after us that had received their food already. He never apologized and only said he would check on our food. Less than 3 minutes later our food was brought out. As soon as it was set down I could tell it had been sitting for quite a while. Our order consisted of a tour of Italy, soup and salad, kids chicken fingers, and kids cheese pizza. While the soup was hot, everything else was cold or various warm at best. The fettuccine Alfredo on the tour of Italy was cold dry with the sauce developing “skin” it had been sitting so long, the cheese, on the other two items had cooled off so much that it was completely solidified. The chicken tenders were extremely dark and look like they had been cooked two or three times and were cold on the inside and the french fries were so cold that they could have been refrigerated to heat them up. The pizza while hot around the edges had hard cheese that was clearly not warm anymore. I sent the tour of Italy back, but not the kids meals as my children were already extremely hungry by this point, and asked for them to be removed from the check, while this did happen, never once did anybody apologize for the experience that we had. I love eating at Olive Garden and most of the time it is a pleasant experience. However, this was without a doubt the worst service and customer service experience that I’ve ever had at a restaurant so bad that I, as someone who used to be a server, left zero tip.
