The last three times I have been to this store and ordered teriyaki chicken they do not have it ready and tell me there is a 15 to 20 minute wait time. In the last 10 times I have been to this store there has been at least several times that I had to wait for food to cook because they are not keeping enough food cooked and ready for their customers. This is supposed to be fast food. Furthermore I just got off the phone with a female manager who gave me every excuse in the world why she's not staying on top of her employees to keep this stuff caught up. Little does she know that I have called into this store about the same problems before and they always have the exact same made up excuse and this is how you know it's a made up excuse because they use the same thing over and over again. They try to say they just had a big order and they have told me that every single time. When I pulled in there was only a couple of cars in the parking lot which was probably the employees. There was absolutely nobody in the Drive-Thru in front of me or behind me. And then when I get on here to leave a review I see that they have 3.3 stars and loads of complaints! if the corporate office is reading this and I hope somebody at the corporate office does you guys have a really long waiting time I'm trying to direct us to a website because you have that many people calling in about your stores and problems with your stores. Somebody should be hiring better managers and maybe even better employees. I would say this is a management issue not having them stay caught up with the food being cooked so they have it ready for their customers. If I wanted to wait 15 to 20 minutes I would have went down the road to the steakhouse.

Drive thru staff was quick, friendly and efficient. We all really enjoyed dinner.
3 days ago, I ordered the large Firecracker Shrimp and a Kung Pao Chicken Bowl and it came to 19.80. Today, I go through and they charged me $15 for the large Firecracker Shrimp. The manager was very rude tonight, as well as the drive-thru worker, when I asked why it was $15 for the same size container. The manager thought I would still have the receipt from 3 days ago with me. (Maybe if I was a horder with my car piled with trash) Anyway, after all the rudeness and argumentative attitude from the manager, I told him he could take back his food and return my money. Even when he brought my money out, he was still trying to argue that I was wrong and should have had the receipt to prove what I bought 3 days ago. I won't be returning.

Location is supposed to open at 10am on Fridays and even says it on the door. Arrived at 10:05 and was locked. Waited till 10:10 and door was still locked so we left. Worker was inside working and didn’t bother to care about opening the door. Wouldn’t recommend eating at this location.

My wife and I absolutely love this place! Their food is great! Their ppl are great and they always have plenty of parking!
I ordered doordash. The food came kinda cold and the pepper steak had super old broccoli/veg. The rice was crunchy as well? Wasn't good. Only ordered here cause my reg chinese was closed. Honestly won't order again.
This place was awesome when it first opened but it has lost all credibility with me as a reliable source of decent fast food. We have given this restaurant so many chances to get even the simplest of things right. We want this to be a good restaurant but it keeps letting us down. The rice is always undercooked-both the fried rice and the white rice. How can a Chinese restaurant not get rice right? If you are lucky you can get super greens but most of the time you have to wait. The teriyaki chicken we just got was very fatty and the mushroom chicken was nothing to raise praise about either. Management please do something to get this place back to serving quality fast food. It’s the little things that often make a big difference.

Out of all of the panda expresses I've been to, this one is the worst. I ordered bigger plate double orange chicken and walnut shrimp with rice, then a bowl with rice and mushrooms and chicken. 1. The amount of rice I got that was supposed to be for my bigger plate was the same amount that they put into the one side bowl with mushroom chicken, after feeding my two kids and husband (he had the mushroom chicken and said it was flavorless and just gross), I'm stuck starving. Eric the person i spoke to, 0 star customer service review for him. I have never been to a panda express that hasn't given me enough rice to eat some rice with every piece of chicken... And the way they handled it like it comes out of their paycheck, smh. i bet someone is stealing and laundering in the higher up people cause ain't NO WAY I was supposed to eat that much chicken with that little rice and they justify it saying "all choices have the same amount of rice" when no other panda express' have ever tried me like that. This family of 4 will never be going to that panda express again.
