Should’ve hung up and ordered from somewhere else the second I realized I was talking to a call center. Then when I went to pick up my order, my pizza was ready 10 minutes before my bread? Drove the 7 minutes back to our hotel room to discover this was clearly a re-heated old pizza. It was gross. Not to mention the condition of the actual establishment. Employee couldn’t even print me a receipt. This is my second HORRIBLE experience with Papa John’s, and I am officially done with this chain.

I could barely understand the guy that took my order, sounded like a scam call that I received yesterday about a Social Security scam from India. He also ask me for my Debit card number 3x before the order was approved. I use to order from Papa Johns a lot but now I have a Beware flag do to this, not sure I will order again.

Delivery took forever, ordered half cheese and half pep amd mush , only seen one mushroom on the whole pizza. Very disappointed, cause this is my favorite!&/

so i called to order pizza to it taking 20 min. Then them to tell me my card had a error to sending me to manager to put on hold another 20 min. so we figure it didn't go through so we decide to order someplace else got our food ate to have the driver from them to call tell us out pizza was there to be delivered. tried to call of course no answer or no one would pick up. we didn't even get everything we order. so we will never order there again it needs closed down.

We usually order from Papa johns and always get the same thing with no problems. This time though our pizza was not cooked all the way, barely had any cheese and any toppings. Idk if it's cuz I used my papa dough points that they just threw it together and didn't care. But I was highly dissatisfied with our order. The only good thing was that it was a fast delivery, which is why I gave service a 4 star.

1. the delivery drive left out food right in front (on the outside) of the door. despite the instructions left with the order, the instructions in the door and the request thru the Ring to please leave the food inside the door. 2. the chicken parmesian bites we so greasy that thw grease dripped onto and soaked the pizza box. it was disgusting. 3. the bites and the pizza were barely lukewarm 4. the pizza was not fully cut. what was cut was in irregular sized slices. this means that i,as a Diabetic, am not able to accurately bolus insulin. so, thanks for the evening of misery. 5. finally the pizza didn't taste good and both of us are having gastric issues involving going to the bathroom quite quickly. I will not eat here again.
So after I ordered my food I was told it would be delivered in 56 minutes. I guess it’s only an estimated time but I wait for an hour and 15 minutes so I go in there and give me a different estimated time. I wait I called back and the girl who answers the phone was very rude and told me that they have multiple orders to Deliver. All in all I wait an hour and 41 minutes for one pizza that is ridiculous! Food was cold! That will probably be the last time I order from there

Great pizza and great service.. the lady named Brianna was a great employee she is so nice we ordered pizza and she was by herself and didn't give any attitude about it she smiled and said please just give me 30 to 45 minutes cause she was by herself
Place is ran by druggies and degenerates. Aside from the driver Chris O. If you wonder why you always get a foreigner on the phone when you call, it's because the owner decided that rather than employ local people to answer the phones and take orders, it's somehow easier & better to outsource that job overseas to a call center full of people speaking broken muffled English . I'll never understand it. This place is just a hollow shell of what it once was. It used to be owned operated and managed by totally different people until about 2 years ago. You can really tell how downhill it has gone. Sad really.
