I was craving crab legs, so this was our only option in Chillicothe because we didn't feel like making the drive to Columbus. We waited approximately 10 minutes to be seated. I think the hostess may have been on break or the kitchen was short staffed and she was helping back there. Our server was ok. You could tell she was tired or just didn't want to be there. My BF ordered popcorn shrimp but that's not what he received. Instead he received basic fried shrimp. I questioned it when she sat down the plate and she informed us they were out of the popcorn shrimp. It would've been nice to know before hand.My crab legs and lobster was cooked well and delicious and satisfied my craving. There was another server vaping in the restaurant, which was not a great thing to see.

We,ve been going to the Chillicothe Oh. Red Lobster for about 30 years now, and I have to say it's really gotten pitiful. The portions are smaller, the prices are getting rediculous, and, what's the deal with the "slivers" of fish? They now charge an extra $2.49 for a salad, which USED to come with the meal, and it's about time to start bringing your own drinks. The cheese sticks are basically tasteless mush, the scallops are now not much better, and the baked potatoes have been smaller for a long time. It's pretty bad when you can get just as good of a meal from Captain D's for half the price. It must be company-wide because we ate at the Winter Haven, Florida establishment a month and a half ago with our family and it was the same thing. My father-in-law refused to even eat his fish "slivers". Anyway, I guess, like some of our friends and family have said, it's time to let it go and find another place for our "go to". By the way, it cost my wife and I over $63 the other day, no appetizers, no "drinks", and we"ve decided "no more"! Red Lobster, if you want to raise your prices, fine, but at least keep the same quality AND quantity of food! Well, thanks for the memories, but we"re done. Well, I just looked at some of the other reviews, and APPARENTLY there is a GLARINGLY obvious issue with the Chillicothe, Oh.store. Like I said, it's NOT what it used to be.

Restaurant was busy, but that didn't stop them from good food and service. Our waiter was attentive and so polite. Myself and my friend had a very pleasant dinner. I had the Crispy Fried Flounder dinner it was excellent. And love those cheesy biscuits.

Ordered fish and chips, big mistake. The fish was way over battered, greasy, and fried to the point of being tough. Ate it and didn't complain but should have.Management reached out and made this right.

I didn't care for there food except for the Cole slaw and the bread it was way over
Our food was excellent. The waitress was kind/friendly. She kept our glasses full. However, I was charged 3 times for one meal. I kindly asked her about it and the Restaurant manager took care of the issue and compt my meal. They were all very professional. Mistakes happen. Thank you for making it right. I will definitely go back.

Don't like the menu changes. No pick 2 meals for fish. It's a seafood restaurant not a shrimp restaurant. When had to choose from the pick 2 menu from the shrimp menu and they were out of popcorn shrimp the waitress said they were out the day before. Food is good and the service was good but the menu changes will definitely not make us go back anytime soon.

I love their food, but EVERY single last time I've came here everything takes FOREVER while most of the staff are sitting around socializing not doing anything, even take out, my boyfriend order just 12 biscuits, takes 30-40 minutes to get them in our hands WAYYY too long for biscuits, and this last time we sat at curbside for over 20 minutes alone after he recieved the your food is on its way out text plus the 10-15 minutes before that , before my boyfriend went in , and of course all just talking not getting their jobs done, Ridiculous.

Food was hot and fresh. Service was a bit slow and unattentive. Seating area was dark and from the outside it was hard to tell if the building was open as outside lighting was almost non existent.
