If I could give a 1 star review I would. There are these 2 girls working. Both blonde. We walked up trying to order and they started acting weird and then said “we’re closed” then proceeded to role their eyes at us. They in fact aren’t closed because they close at 8 it was 40 minutes before close. They still could have served a drink. Disrespectful and unbelievable.

The worst service I've ever received in my life. 2 young girls working nobody was in line I ordered then after 5 minutes they look at me and said "what did you have" real hateful I tell her and she scoffs slams my one drink down the cookie pieces went everywhere and at that point I was over it in general! If you hate your job then quit!

This Starbucks has the most rude baristas I’ve genuinely ever met, they are always so mad they have to do their job. Today an old woman said to me after my order that I “rambled off a bunch of things and need to repeat” I definitely gave her time between each order and to tell me I ramble is just unnecessary when there are a million different ways to give good customer service. ALSO BEWARE- THEY ARE OUT OF EVERYTHING AT ALL TIMES. Store always looks gross and sticky too. Go to western avenue. Mackenzie was nice tho

This is not a drive-thru Starbucks. It’s literally in a store. How does this area not have a drive-thru Starbucks? They are LITERALLY everywhere in Ohio.

I always have a good experience here and the employees are always nice. I just left there today and the barista, Ashle, was super nice and very great at her job! However, I do feel bad that everytime I come here there is only one person working. I couldn’t imagine being the only person working at a very fast paste coffee shop.

Every time I go here they’re out of half of the menu. They’re losing loads of business because of it. Poor reflection on management. Can’t be a supply issue because you go to any other Starbucks between here and Columbus and you can get anything you want.

20 min b4 close, had nothing i wanted on the menu, could not get us out of there fast enuf, the coffee tased awful.

no lie, they mess up my 6 dollar coffee every freaking time.. definitely worth the couple minute drive to go to western avenue. They put more effort into the Pokémon sign then they do training their employees and the free samples looked gross don’t do them

This is just ridiculous. Every day I come in I wait through a big line just to tell me something is broken and every day it's different. Then today on the red cup day I ordered a venti Carmel Brûlée with extra Carmel. After waiting for my drink to get called it's in a different reusable cup no problem just happy to get one but the lady tried to argue with me about my drink. I tell her I ordered and paid for a venti and extra Carmel and she says well it's a Carmel brûlée so just take it, my biggest problem is just I paid extra for a bigger size and extra Carmel. I'm so sick of this Starbucks and wish they would get a better staff.
