Great coffee but management needs to talk to the younger workers about hiding in the back of the store and avoiding customers. Happens too often. Only 1 person is working and they are just hiding in the back hoping we leave.

Abby Girl has great coffee and good service. Hubby and I stop to grab a couple of coffees every time we shop at Jungle Jim's. We haven't tried their baked goods due to sugar/health issues, but we certainly enjoy their coffee! Be aware that there are two entrances. The outside entrance leads into a dining area where you can be seated. It does not have access into JJ's. The inside entrance (inside the doors of Jungle Jim's) does not allow you access to the dining area.

Got cupcakes here yesterday. Girl was snobby and seemed like we bothered her to get up and get us some cupcakes. Two stars because the cupcakes were good. Could of gotten five if she appeared pleasant

They have consistently delicious cupcakes, friendly service, and a variety of good coffee selections. There are bathrooms for customers and plenty of tables to sit and enjoy your purchase.
This coffee was so good! I ordered the Abby Girl and was able to get it sugar free and decaf. I don't know what kind of beans they use but this drink was the best. They were closed on Memorial Day, so I had to go to another local coffee company...really disappointed. Abby Girl, please come to Arkansas.

They advertise shakes as one of their big menu items. However, they only have milkshakes with "cupcakes" inside of them. Asked if I could get one without a cupcake in it, I was told by the lady that they aren't allowed to do that. Yeah.... Definitely won't be coming back.

The cupcakes and cheesecakes are absolutely beautiful. The flavors are amazing! If if I could give more than 5 stars I would. The service was very fast and friendly. These are a must try!

Have been purchasing Abby Girl cupcakes for parties & personal desserts for years. Also have stopped at Blue Ash store during lunch or after work. Always so moist - never dry like some other places. Can tell they're freshly made. So many great flavors - but most seem to luv the chocolate cake raspberry chip or the one that looks like the old chocolate Hostess cupcake with white squiggly stripe. Personally, I like any strawberry flavored cake or icing. Not as decorative as Gigi's or 3SweetGirls Bakery are for a bridal shower - but delicious for quick treat.
