I frequent this place very often, this place has the best fried rice in town. However, I do not appreciate the front desk demanding a tip when picking up my order. A few months back I came in, a young boy tells me “sign your tip here” as he hands me my receipt. Now I usually do tip bc I know it’s mostly kids working the front desk but demanding a tip is 1. illegal in Ohio and 2. makes me uncomfortable because I am not required to. He did this again to me last night. I didn’t tip him and never will if he keeps expecting one.

This is such a fun place! The wait staff is superb! I tried the Ramen spicy noodles with tender chicken and the Sneaky Tequila cocktail definitely was sneaking! It caught me out of no where! I don't do raw, so I highly recommend The Sunday morning and the Shrimp Tempura rolls. Yummy time we had! I will go back! Great food and great service!

For a sushi restaurant that offers half priced sushi rolls, 5 stars across the board. This is one of three locations owned by the same people (Cloud 9 and Wabi Sabi). This right off to the side of Kenwood Mall. Service and food were quick. The rolls were very tasty. I think this location has more options than Wabi Sabi (Covington) and Cloud 9 (Mt Lookout).
Got the Carry out there, the guy at counter was pushy for the tip for the food we already paid for. They need some training on that I understand the tip for the services and all, but push somebody and expect the tip for handing over the food in a bag is not cool.

Did a pickup order. Food was fresh and hot. Excellent flavor! Customer service was good. Will definitely make a return visit to check out the atmosphere since I didn't really experience it.Parking: Located in Kenwood Mall lot so definitely lots of parking.

Waited over an hour to be seated, as others walked in the door, and we're seated immediately. I don't know if they had previous reservations, but still, they were not so busy we should have had to wait over an hour. After being seated, the server brought our drinks and then disappeared for 25+ minutes before taking our food order. 2+ hours after arriving here, we finally received some very average sushi rolls. After dinner, I had to get up from my seat and get my check from the front counter as the server had disappeared again. 3 hours and $80 later (for 2 guests), we were ready to leave and never return. Don't waste your time and money, there's better sushi places in the area
