We eat here at least once a month. And no matter what bad thing is happening in your life, the large chicken Pho will cure it! My wife loves the Pad See Ew and the Pad Kee Mao as well.Then today I finally tried their fried, sweet and sour chicken wings, and my life is changed forever. I can never eat wings again and not compare them to these. Do you want every one of your future chicken wing experiences at other restaurants to be ruined? Come here and order their sweet and sour wings, the bar will be set! ?♂️

This is a great Thai restaurant. Their menu is extensive but there are definitely more popular items that are great go tos. We’ve never eaten in the restaurant, only ordered takeout, but it’s been great each time.The Chicken and/or Beef Pho is the best in the city. Their broth here is really good and authentic. They have a large selection of types of Pho available though.The Lo Mein is great.Crab Rangoons are decent.Parking: Parking lot is fine, but to get out, you can only go one way, cannot go directly Southbound towards 71 so that sucks.

You can use it right away. Lao fried rice is very delicious. If you miss a little more fish sauce, you'll feel very satisfied.Not bad at all as a Thai person trying this place out! Their Lao fried rice is pretty delicious. Wish they could have had fish sauce with chili and it will be perfect! It's so tasty anyway ❤️

We expected much better from a 4.6+ reviewed restaurant. Perhaps we just didn't order the right food. The salad was small, not unique Laos as expected. The main meal, the Laos National dish was just ok. One redeeming food was the spring roll which was the best I've had in a long time.
I did take out. There aren't a lot of places to get vegetarian pho in town and this one is new to me. I really enjoyed it, I liked being able to customize the ingredients and they accommodated my picky eater of a child with ease. He had plain rice noodles.

We had yellow curry, crabergoons, and tofu pho. The food was great, flavor was spot on, and the service was very quick. The ambiance is very low key and the people working there were very helpful with the food selection. Highly recommended

We tried several dishes and appetizers and enjoyed most of the dishes. The seafood pho soup wasn't to our liking; however, it was only because my sister doesn't enjoy clams and squid. The rest of the food was delicious, and if you like Thai cuisine, I would recommend giving them a try. I especially enjoyed the Chicken Pad Thai, as most other places around Cincinnati that serve this dish are too sweet for my liking. At Banh Lao, they have a three level heat system they use: 1 for mild, 2 for medium, and 3 for hot. I got a level 3 and will admit it was a bit hot for me, so I will give level 2 a try next time. While I love spicy food, I don't have the highest threshold for spice. The staff was friendly and the cook even came and asked for our opinion of the food. The restaurant is a bit on the small side, but some of the best places around are. Hope you find this helpful and bon appetite.Wheelchair accessibility: Spacing should be fine for a wheelchair. No problem getting a walker through the door.
