I forgot to take a picture but I patiently waited 45 minutes to an hour for my food. I ordered a half and half wing with secret sauce and to my surprise once I got back to my hotel my wings weren’t sauced or tossed at all! The staff is very friendly and kind. But I was disappointed my meal was wrong. They were SUPER busy. P. S. The food was $26.00. I only got wings nothing else. Kinda disappointed. Hopefully when I try them again my food will be right this time.

I was there last night ordered a golden original small wings, small golden original boneless, and sweet potatoes. When I got back to my place and there was no small wings in the bag, call back to the store and was put on hold for 30 minutes. I finally hanged up the phone. The service is horrible and not honestly doing business!! The food was good.

Bb.q Chicken did not disappoint! When I walked in there were at least 20 to go order tickets, so I knew this was the spot! Service was exceptional (got my food in less than 10 minutes), restaurant was exceptionally clean, and the wings were absolutely delicious.The wings are slathered perfectly and there is still enough crunch to every bite. Spicy Galbi is a must try, super flavorful and just enough heat. Great beer selection and great to see a co-owner be so hands on and hospitable! This will become my regular wing spot anytime I visit Cincy!

Don’t waste your time. Place was completely deserted and empty, not a single customer seated. Stood waiting for 5 minutes at order stand while employee talked to someone else ahead of me. Only became interested in my business when I turned and walked out - shouting after me. Unreal.

Service is extremely slow. It took over an hour just to get drinks and food. When we finally got our food, it didn't taste good at all. The waitress swiped our credit card twice. The manager on duty did fix it right away but overall we did not have a good experience let alone a decent meal and this is our 2nd time coming here. We tried to give it another chance but we decided we are officially over this restaurant. On the side note, the location in Atlanta is better than this one in Cincinnati. It all comes down on the owners and staff. Just terrible!

Ordered 3 different flavors because this was my first time ordering from here. The chicken was crunchy which was awesome however I was only able to enjoy the honey garlic option because it was the only flavor that was actually hot temperature wise. I wasn’t really impressed with the flavor either, it was just ok…The other two were lukewarm to slightly cold which leads me to believe that only one batch was freshly fried before my arrival to pick up. They do have a nice looking restaurant, spacious and appealing. First impressions are everything so I probably wouldn’t return. I’d recommend anyone to try for themselves though because maybe it was just one of those nights.

Marques was great. Super nice and funny guy. Food was hot and so yummy. I got the original chicken because I am basic but we got these cheese fries there were different but in a good way. They even have buckets of beer. Definitely try this place out.

Worst BBQ Chicken franchise I’ve visited. Food was alright at best but the service was absolutely horrible. They are so slow at this location and it obviously shows that Koreans do not work here. Koreans aren’t this slow! I also tried calling in my order and nobody answered the phone and I tried for 10 minutes. Their excuse was they’re busy and only 4 tables have customers. I also tried calling the restaurant while inside and the phone never rang which means they turned the ringer off and chose to ignore incoming calls.
