Every time I’ve gotten a drink with espresso it tastes like water. The coffee is good though.

3 stars for now..Came here to have a meet up.Did not order any food so I cant really rate anything of that. But it did smell really delicious. The drinks were plentiful, but the tap water was divine.Hope to return & give the menu & drinks a good try. also the crowd all look to be soft spoken, friendly & inviting. Pull up a stool kind of friendly.

This is a great spot to have drinks and watch a game, as well as it looks like a good coffee house. Recently visited with my wife on one occasion to watch the FC game and with a friend on another. Both times service was great and on one of the nights they had live music. They serve a variety of local craft beers. Good looking outdoor patio in addition to retractable windows. Hard to find the FC games on tv anymore so this is a big plus and they have happy hour pricing which is another plus. Will be going back

We stopped in on a steamy Saturday and enjoyed the cool air inside and fast service! We enjoyed our food and drinks by the front window but explored the various spaces in this shop as well. Lots of options! The coffee and danish were excellent. The barista was particularly friendly and we really enjoyed our visit. We’ll be back!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Bean and Barley, and I must say, it was an absolute gem of a find!I lived in the area and was looking for a local coffee shop that can be my goto. They have a wide selection of coffee option, both from local roasters and abroad. They offer most of the favorites you'll find in different coffee shops, but they offer some local variations. They also cary local pastries that are brought in daily. They also have a section for beers, with plenty of option on tap. They surely will have a beer you might like. The beers come from different breweries from ohio, so you get a taste of local offerings. Its a great spot to hang out and study since it keeps a low profile through the day. It does get louder at night when people switch over to beer. I have had the pleasure of studying there and also winding down with friends. They have an upstairs and downstairs area, so plenty of seating. They offer games downstairs such as connect four and jenga. Despite the name, they also offer wine and mixed drinks, so they have something for everyone. I don't know if dogs are always allowed but I do see them inside from time to time. I think its the best chill bar that I have experienced. The service has been wonderful and I always felt welcomed. It felt peaceful and relaxing to drink Bean or Barley!

A fun, friendly, little place. The bartender was very kind. We enjoyed the sounds of the old time music jam downstairs.
