I recently visited Bob Evans for lunch and opted for a classic breakfast choice. The meal included two perfectly cooked eggs paired with savory biscuits and gravy, complemented by a fresh side of fruit. My server, Emily, deserves a special mention for her friendliness and helpfulness, which made choosing my meal a delight. The food quality was decent, meeting my expectations for a satisfying meal. I was also impressed by the overall friendliness of the staff, which added to the enjoyable atmosphere. I’d recommend Bob Evans to anyone looking for a hearty breakfast served with a smile. ?

I've been going here for years and staff has always been very friendly and restaurant is always clean. However the last year the food has been really bad. Potatoes not cooked all the way, meat chewy and food not hot and tasted like it was sitting out way too long. Even food presentation could use some help. I've always liked the food here, and actually worked at this location as a teenager, but the last few times we've ate here has been pretty disappointing.

Comfort food is an understatement. And the banana bread OMG. Such kind and friendly service. Wish these restaurants were in Oklahoma where I live.

A Down-Home Delight: My Bob Evans Experience with FamilyLet me tell you, folks, if you're looking for a hearty, homestyle meal that pleases the whole family, look no further than Bob Evans! I recently had the pleasure of dining there with my wife and two kids, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. Kept My coffee filled and My wife and kids drinks filled and where very friendly would go back and recommend it

We got seated and the amount of time it took for them to take our drink order should have been the first clue it wasn’t going to go well. We ordered an appetizer without drinks and they came out in about 5 minutes. We were asked if we wanted more ranch on the side and said yes. After that we didn’t see our waitress for 30 minutes when she brought us refills. We sat another 10 minutes and finally gave up and got up to leave. We paid for our drinks and the appetizer as the waitress seemed confused as to why we wanted to leave even though it has almost been an hour since we sat and still had no food.

Everytime I go I think maybe it was an off day, but each time service gets worse. I went on a Friday night around 530 and there were about 6 tables seated, 3 waitresses, some floaters, and cooks in the back. I ordered a cranberry pecan chicken salad with no chicken and some hasbrowns, my husband ordered a grilled chicken salad w/ French dressing, and my father ordered a BLT, side of carrots. We all had coffee. We waited 45 minutes for our food order, was only offered one cup of coffee and no refills during our 45 minute wait. Finally we were told our food was coming shortly. During our long wait, someone was coming around asking folks if they needed any more drinks, but our table was missed. When food arrived the plates were piping hot. Great! My father was the only one that received a correct order of a BLT and Carrots. My husband received a fried chicken salad without dressing and the fried chicken was cold. I received a salad that consisted of lettuce, onion, and cranberries thrown into a bowl. I asked for some pecans the waitress said sure, walked away, returned with nothing to another table and then asked for a box and my check. Walked up front and saw a slew of orders ready under the lights waiting to be served.I know it’s challenging with staffing but there is no excuse. If you can’t staff to seat folks then convert to pickup only.Next time, I’ll go to Cracker Barrel on Milford.

I was trying to place an order for a small salad but they left me on hold for over ten minutes. That is extremely rude and unprofessional. I will certainly take my business somewhere else.
