Cincinnati hit the jackpot with Boosalis Baking! I used to jet off to Paris for work, trying every croissant spot there, thinking nothing could match up back home. But Boosalis proved me wrong in the best way!Their chocolate croissant (pain au chocolat) is the real deal. Seriously, it gives the famous spots in Paris a run for their money. And don't even get me started on their plain croissant—it's a close second to my favorite in Paris, Ble Sucre.Now, I can get my croissant fix without the long flight. Big thanks to the Boosalis team for bringing a slice of Paris to Cincinnati!

This place is truly AMAZING! The kouign-amman was one of the best pastries I've ever had and the croissants were perfectly baked and buttery. The owner was also incredibly kind and offered us a free sample of brownies that had just been baked. You can just sense his passion and care through the baking and it's amazing to have a locally-owned bakery so close. We will definitely be back soon to try more!

Tried it for the first time this morning and did not disappoint! Honestly the best bakery we’ve been to in Cincinnati. The cream cheese danish was so delicious! The staff was very down to earth and kind. My only strike against them is there was only one table with two chairs available to sit at inside the bakery. We had to eat in our car and I saw several other people doing that as well.
I always go in for the Morning Roll and walk out with something else new to try. I’ve never had a negative interaction or an item that wasn’t absolute heaven. Today I tried the European coffee cake and experienced pure bliss. Do yourself a favor and stop in for a Morning Roll asap!
This is a nice simple little bakery with great pastries. I had the morning roll, which was basically a cinnamon roll made from laminated dough. It was really delicious. I'll definitely be returning to try out the other items they sell because everything looked really good. The ambiance is very simple, with minimal decor and just a couple of small tables. In addition, they don't sell very much beyond pastry, and the only coffee they sell is drip coffee. Nonetheless, this is an excellent place to go if you value high-quality pastries.Vegetarian options: It's all pastry, which is vegetarian since it contains no meat. However, I doubt that there is anything vegan on the menu since it's all made with butter and probably eggs.

Oh my goodness- this place is such a hidden gem. I have passed by the unassuming storefront a few times and decided that today was the day to go in. The owner was so kind in explaining everything to me and had such tenderness towards an employee who was starting their first day- good food and good people!The pastries are GORGEOUS and the most delicious pastries I have ever had. This is what food is supposed to taste like. It makes you want to slow down and grab a coffee or tea with a dear friend and savor every moment.I am trying to fight the urge to put up a giant banner on Montgomery Road to tell everyone within a five-mile radius about how insanely delicious these pastries are.Don't wait- go in and enjoy!!!

WOW! Blown away at how delicious everything from Boosalis was! My husband and I went in on a whim last week and the baker was there and suggested we try a few items. He gave us samples of many bakery items and we ended up buying just about every one of his suggestions! We have been thinking about the Kouign-Amann pastries all week and decided we needed to go back this weekend! We ended up getting more of the Kouign-Amann and then a bunch of other pastries that we were not planning on, but man was it worth it! The ham and cheese croissant is the BEST ham and cheese croissant I have ever had and now I will have to go back and get both the Kouign-Amann and the ham and cheese croissant, not to mention probably try something new each time too! I will say, the first time we went about 2 hours before closing and the selection was scarce (as expected), but today we went around 9:30am and the selection was HUGE and every little thing we bought was perfect! We will 100% be back!

The pastries are delectable. Perfectly crafted croissants. Rich, buttery, flakey scrumptious. Today I met the man who runs (owns) and had the most pleasant conversation. It was so kind and engaging that I was proud to know that I support his craft. I have always sent people there however now I will tell them the story of the courteous good natured man that truly endeared me with just being nice.
