The mold alone in the sour cream made me want to throw up. Also pretty sure the veggie burger was just an old Boca burger. The boursin cheese on my burger was a very unpleasant texture.

I hadn't been to Boswell's in years, but came here with my family about a month ago to celebrate mine and my mom's birthday. I love the atmosphere of the outdoor seating area and there was a giant connect 4 game, so that kept my kids occupied for a while. Unfortunately the food was terrible. The descriptions of everything sounded good, but I'm pretty sure the veggie burger I ordered was just a frozen boca burger from the store and there were no condiments on it even though it said it had cilantro mayo or something. Other things we ordered weren't as described on the menu, like the boursin on the boursin burger was basically just a block of cream cheese with some herbs sprinkled on it? We had to ask for ranch, mayo, and ketchup for our food. Everything came in a tiny plastic container and one of the containers was actually sour cream and had visible mold on it! When we mentioned it to the server she didn't seem that concerned. At least we got the happy hour discount.
Staff is amazing!!!! Went above and beyond for our large family. We are just visiting from out of town but highly recommended Boswell’s for locals also.

lots of brick on the walls and stuff with cool brick. floors: wood worn. floor in bathroom felt like sink hole of wood, as if they keep it very wet. the paper towels felt as if they had been moistened. everything was incredibly wet. i tried to pull out the paper towel and a whole stack of towels came out and i didn't want to waste them so i set them by the sink and they were immediately wet. exiting the bathroom, you are blasted in the face by a cloud of smoke from the kitchen where many grease pans are strewn about. i fear for the health of the workers due to the smoke. i've heard of black lung but these guys might have burger lung which is also black with some pickles mixed in. food: eh. my burger was smashed into the shape of the state of ohio, i don't know if it was intentional. lettuce was brown. i don't know if all the condiments need to come in plastic containers, seems kind of wasteful. i didn't ask for honey mustard or regular mustard or ranch or hot sauce. made me feel like i had to eat them. wondering if i was served reused mustard? also, fries good but in the bottom of the fry bowl there was a little puddle of something and all the fries there were cold and soggy which was only like 3 fries but i still couldnt eat them because they were so wet. server was nice, very quiet. a little devious. puddles of grease in the alley. many doors. overall, eh. very wet. fix your moisture problems and maybe we can talk about another half star. thanks for your time.
Average food. Good prices. Nice place. Best when they have live music out on the patio.

I haven’t been to Boswell’s since the new ownership. Today I went in for Wing Wednesday. The waitress working didn’t not even look at us. I asked if we could sit outside, she said yes. After 15 minutes I had to go inside to order because we only have an hour/hour 1/2 to eat lunch. At 45 minutes after ordering our 8 wings & side of fries.. I finally had to go in and cancel the order. When we got there, there were 3 tables… I used to go to Boswell’s when the Beck’s owned it and even worked there for a short time… I’ve also been a server on and off for 10 years.I’m not sure what the waitress’s name was working but her customer service was horrible.. very nice but you can tell she hasn’t worked in the food service long. She also had on 6-8 inch boots which may have been why the food/service took so long. She could hardly walk. I’m just super shocked and I had I guess higher expectations for faster/reasonable service. Especially since it’s a bar.

First time back since new ownership and I was more than impressed! Welcoming and friendly staff as well as great food and more than fair prices on quality drinks and food. Brad and Elijah , the owners, even took time to personally make sure we were enjoying ourselves and satisfied with everything we ordered. Can’t wait to come

Amazing staff, Brad the manager was so accommodating and awesome. Bartender Brian was great. Food was top notch. Everything was top notch compared to similar bars as of late lacking hospitality and quality food. Highly recommended.Parking: All nearby streets and free easy parking

I waited around 50 minutes for an order of 6 wings and waffle fries. They forgot my order in the back, and I ended up just leaving before they brought it- I was so hungry. I'm giving it 2 stars because I did have one good experience. Probably not going here again.

An ad for this place keeps showing up on my FB feed, and it finally worked!Saturday night at 7pm the place was not crazy and was just my speed. Live music not too loud. Busy but not too crowded.The burger was solid. The fries looked funny but were good!
