They were out of 5 different beer options and said they didn’t have anything to replace them (3 were the only light lager/pilsner options they had). It took 40 minutes to get our first drink. They were only serving a limited menu instead of full menu. Chicken was overcooked and one person in our party did not get their food until the rest of us were finished. The server did apologize multiple times and gave us 20% off which was the only saving grace for service. The rest of the experience was terrible, especially for celebrating a birthday.

Unfortunately, we did not get to dine there on 3/15; when we got to Brew Dog, they said they were only serving a limited menu of apps that evening. We did not receive a call in advance to advise of the situation, so we had to pivot and find another place to eat. The experience at Brew Dog is typically very good, but an advance heads up about the food situation that evening would have been nice. I had to provide neutral ratings on this survey, as there is no way to get to comments without providing a star rating to the initial questions. Thanks.

Came here as a fun brunch for the kids. We put in the reservation we wanted to be sat upstairs we have 3 kids with us. When we arrived we were told the entire upstairs with games was reserved for a party the entire morning. VERY FRUSTRATING. The breakfast tacos are sold separately no side. I ordered the eggs potatoes bacon and toast. The eggs made the paper on the tray soggie and it was mixed in my food. The bacon wasn't cooked all the way. The toast was flimsy and not toasted. The potatoes are the triangular shaped potatoes. It looks cool inside but thats it.

Overall, good. However...I would recommend calling ahead if you're making a reservation for a bigger party. We got our reserved table just fine, but there was only bar service. The person taking orders at the bar said "just tonight" we're not serving tables. It made things a little chaotic.While the food was good, I think the kitchen staff was overwhelmed as some dishes did not come out at all as described in the menu (house salad...literally just a bowl of greens.) A few menu items were unavailable and some BD drafts were unavailable.Understaffing happens, that's the world we live in now...but giving larger parties a heads up that there's no table service would have been good to know!
We were in town for a brewery tour. Brew dog was one of the best we visited. The manager took care of us with some delicious pretzels. Highly recommended!!
