Even though we were missing an item out of our order today (carrots & celery sticks) I am still giving a 5 star review. I spoke with Dennis and he was the most sincere manager I've ever spoken with in my life. He said it might not have been a big deal to them to leave it out accidentally but that I was looking forward to having that in my order and it could've been a big deal to me. He assured me the next time I come in, I would be given a credit. Kudos to you Dennis! ?? top notch service from an awesome manager, Dennis.

OMG, THEY BROUGHT BACK HOT BBQ and no one told me, lol. Was my favorite flavor before they took it away and now it's back, I gotta go get more before it's gone again but I PRAY they keep it for good again. Sorry I rarely go they anymore since HOT BBQ has been gone, I'm a fan again ...

No joke, the best experience ever! I wanted good hot food with great service and that's exactly what I wanted! Me and my boyfriend and my 2 kids went in, with that being said we ordered kind of a lot of food. We even got drinks from the bar and they were wonderful! Everything was so, so good! I believe our servers name was Bee. She was amazing!! Thank you for this enjoyable time ❤️

Food was decent but the service was horrible. The guy working the register wasnt patient or kind. The place is very loud but it is a sports bar and service was slow, angry and ignores you when you try to get there attention.
Not busy and had to wait behind a walk in order where it took nearly 10 minutes for them to get his order in without anyone asking if I had a pickup. After waiting I find out that they gave my food to the wrong person for a pickup order. Food wasnt ready until 25 minutes past stated time.Still giving 4 stars as this is out of the normal. They offered a dessert and also that they are the only wing place I know of that fries in beef tallow. Just wish employees would read the name and confirm.They are usually pretty good and it only took them a few minutes to get me a fresh order.

We got there and it was clearly undefstaffed because half the tables, although empty of people, were covered in dishes that needed to be bussed.We waited 5 or 10 minutes and finally found a table cleared, although I went to the bathroom and put soap and water on a napkin to wipe the table myself.A server came to take our drink nd appetizer order, and then returned a few minutes later to take the entree orders, but he did not visit us again for about an our.Then, I noticed two tables that had sat down 10 or 15 minutes after us relieve their food, and they were large groups. There were two at our table.I found the server who had taken our order and he asked me if I wanted to pay. I informed him we were still waiting on our food, and he said he would check the kitchen.A few minutes later he brought our entrees out, but no appetizer. He apparently had forgotten to put it in, and I said we didn't want it anymore.After realizing our food was cold, I went and found a manager or someone who was cleaning tables and told them we would pay for our drinks and leave.Their excuse was that they were very busy. Schedule more people on a Saturday night. I had been promising her dinner at Bdubs for like two months and ya'll blew it thx
