Food took more than double the time to be ready as the online order stated. If I would of known it would have taken almost an hour from the time I ordered, 30 mins past my pick up time, I would have chosen somewhere else. Will not be ordering online from this chain again.

Ordered $80+ dinner for myself and family and we DID NOT receive everything that we paid for. I’m very upset and we’re too far and busy to return to receive our FULL order which should’ve been given to us in the first place. The order was packaged in two big bags and several boxes and we assumed we’d been given everything that we PAID for. We’ll never order from this location again.

Good late night snack after rolling jiu-jitsu for a couple of hours. Stayed from 10- a little after midnight. Great service and of course the company that was with me. Nice place fast food and hot.
Wings were cold, small, and undercounted. No wonder this company is struggling. Should have just went to Dominos and not been disappointed in small wings. At least they can count.

Food is great, whether dining in or taking home. But the take out orders and Doordash orders take quite a while due to having to enter orders manually sometimes.
The service was horrible. It took 1.5 hours to get our food and the our server was bo where to be found. I order the naked tenders and onion rings for 18 dollars and it looked like the size of a kids meal.

I came here because I had gotten a gift card for Christmas, and it had been a while since I had BWW. I had asked the waitress for two wing flavors, but I wanted them mixed. When I received my order, I felt as if the ppl in the kitchen were confused because some wings had seasoning, some had both flavors, and some had sauce, lol. So I just asked my server for a side of sauce because I didn't want to send my food back, lol.
