I am not sure if this location is short staffed, our waitress seemed extremely busy but still kind at our requests. Im giving this review based off the service received today. This was our first time at this location. We came in with a party of 5, It took almost 40 minutes after ordering to start getting our food, and we got it in portions… as in 1 person would get the 2 items they ordered, then 10 minutes would go by and the next person would get the two items they ordered and again and again this happened until all our food was received quite some time later. Every item we got was not hot and was cold. We had to flag our waitress down after half an hour of sitting with empty drinks. It was also insanely cold in the restaurant to where everyone kept their jackets on. Based on this experience we will not be returning to this location.

Ordered our meal, waited a long time, then brought legs and flats, ordered flats, never got the wedges with cheese, fixed our order when I was done with the 5 flats. Service was slow, but place was packed. Not really a good experience. The waitress was apologetic, and left her a very large tip. But would have been nice to have the whole order @ once. My Friend got his meal 10 minutes before I did and mine was wrong, and we'll kinda sucked. When they finally got the order right, the wings were hot, still charged us for all of it. Not the waitresses fault, but you'd think management would have come over and said something.
Ordered takeout for pick-up at 11pm I got there at 10:50 order was ready but my food was so cold and rock hard it was not edible I did not even mind that much that they got my sauce wrong but the cold hard food was

*** Update - Poor automated response asking me to click on a link. This is why people should only do business with locally owned restaurants with owners who work in the restaurant. ***I think I am done with Buffalo Wild Wings. Nothing here to make me want to come back to any of their locations. Mediocre food. Too many low quality brews (They were out of my request). Food on plain metal trays, we had to ask the waitress to speak up as she talked in a whisper. (Poor training). The main TV was out of focus. Note: I rarely write poor reviews but I have little sympathy for franchised restaurants as their owners are generally wealthy and rarely work inside their establishments.

It was a good deal with good food but It was so disappointing that they didn't give us the carrots and celery that I love the most :(
They have this new virtual order and payment system where you use your phone. It was an absolute nightmare.

The wings are tasty and crispy with a nice coating of flavor. The jerk flavor is very nice n sweet and a bit of spice.Chipotle dry rub is mild on heat but big on taste. Also the order of plain potato wedges goes great with their ranch or garlic parm sauce.Would highly recommend those with ranch.

Just wondering why teenagers are allowed to sit in the bar area unsupervised? I’ve been a regular for 20 years. Over the last few years, teenagers are seated in the bar area. They are disruptive, loud, and rambunctious. Not courteous to other customers nor do they care. I’m curious why the hostess isn’t seating them in the kids area. I come to eat, watch a game, and socialize with my friends. I do not come to be disrupted by teenagers that shouldn’t be seated in the bar area.

Went to location for bogo deal, went in to get clarity on the wings prices. After eating food, end up paying more than expected. At this point, there is no full clarity on the Deal. If you can't explain the deal properly, just don't advertise it. At this point I don't even want to put money into this company. Got 12 wings for $20 when that wasn't even the amount I attend to spend. So disappointed. To be honest, no one wants to spend $20 on food unless they are getting their money worth and at this point of service, it wasn't worth spending $20 for what I asked for.
