We have always had a really good experience anytime we have been here. On our last trip, Mikey went above and beyond to be sure that we were able to enjoy a delicious drink despite a lot of things being out of stock. We sincerely appreciate the kindness and great customer service given to us every time, but especially on our trip from Saturday. Mikey, you're the real MVP, the drinks were DELICIOUS, and Im sorry I entirely missed the out of stock sign right in front of my face. ;)

So, everybody jumps out of their seat for a successful Hail Mary pass. Everyone cheers for a buzzer beater.Problem is, I'm not Tom Brady or Michael Jordan. I'm just a guy who hasn't seen Taylor Swift since her 1989 World Tour stop in Columbus who got shut out of even the chance to buy a ticket for her shows here in Cincinnati & would rather pay for three months rent than buy a ticket from the shady secondary market.I heard that Capital One Cafe, which she's done commercials for, has been doing a promotion offering customers the chance to try for tickets, & since I was in the area, wait that's a lie...Monday I was in the area, but found out they didn't open until freaking 11 am so I bounced. Today, I made a deliberately timed return trip.When it opened, I was greeted with "Are you here for the Taylor Swift tickets?" I guess I look the type? I told the person I was, & she showed me what I needed to do. After that was taken care of, I ordered an iced latte & watched several other people do the same.They announce the winners Monday! Wish me luck!
