Went here for dinner. Only had to wait Minutes from the time I ordered to receive my order. I ordered the bourbon cheese steak with the ultimate fries. The sandwich had good flavor and a lot of meat( Finley shredded very thin beef) There was not much else to the sandwich. There were a couple pics of lettuce and 3 pieces of tomato. The bread was very soft. The sandwich is very messy to try and pick up to eat but managable I ate it with a fork and knife. The fries were good. Had tons of cheese and ranch a small amount of bacon on it. Also got the original Philly cheese steak it was great same as the sandwich above. Lots of meat the lemonade is absolutely delicious tried the watermelon/strawberry highly recommend.

Fired a teenager for getting short changed by a con artist . No write up , no course of action as far as a written warning . Just fired shows poor management, lack of guidance, and accountability we are here to lead , and not fail teenagers who actually want to be showed working qualities to succeed in life . I have been in restaurant management for years advocating for the youth , and this course of action is disgusting do better Lisa I would suggest sensitivity/ cash handling / and accurate procedure training .

They have pickle's w/ the sandwich..I didn't have any so I called the next time to make sure I would have pickle's..the girl or mgt who prepare the sub..put the pickles under the sandwich & paper. I called she no pickles so then she told me were there were. That was her being spiteful & childish.. I was going twice a week & recommended to friends..I haven't been back in a month..not my friends.

I kept seeing Charley's being on Colerain ave alot so I been wanting to try it so I went to them tonight & o got some wings & a cheese steak sandwich & the wings was horrible they were slimy alot of fat just wasn't good wings at all the Philly was decent

Tried it for the first time tonight and ran to yelp! I ordered the old fashioned Philly steak and it was the best Philly I've had in Cincinnati. The small was the perfect size for me, and the the ratio of cheese, meat, and onions was perfection. Place looked clean and well taken care of and the staff was friendly enough for a fast casual spot. We will definitely be back to check out the wings.

Tried to try here tonight. Was 30 minutes to close, but was gonna get it to go.Was walking up after parking, and a woman. Opened the order pickup window and told me they were closed. I said thanks, the website said they closed at 930. She said actually the card reader was down. Which is it, closed or no card? I had cash, but walked away. Might not come back. Restaurants exist to serve food, but this one didn't want to.Penn Station took care of me.

I don't know what the problem is with evening shift, however every time I order in the evening, all the ingredients are wrong. This is the 3rd time via DoorDash, my orders are messed up. If I'm taken there during the day orders are fine. I can't have tomatoes, lettuce, yet every time I don't check them, they're present. I order extra meat, certain vegetables and get completely different. I think we're done ordering and we love it so much when they first opened.Vegetarian options: Unless you go in don't order online.Parking: Lots of parking
