I usually don’t like to leave reviews but this time I had to. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich combo. The grilled chicken took up half the bun and the medium fry I ordered had literally 3 fries and crumbs. Recently they have been filling fries up half way and this is just terrible

Come here often. Been going down hill lately from the size portions on the grilled chicken sandwiches being almsot nuggets thrown onto the bun. To them messing up the orders 3/5 times. Definitely need better cooks here that's for sure.

The kids working the drive thru this afternoon were very unprofessional and got my order wrong. The one taking the orders outside added a cheese sauce to my mobile order (?) when I asked for an avocado lime dressing (which was also put on my receipt, so it wasn’t a wrong button). She wasn’t there when I pulled up and came walking around the side of the building. Once I got closer to the window, I realized why she wasn’t there. She was up at the window goofing off with the kids inside. Laughing, joking, yapping on right in between a car waiting for their order. She then walked off, around the building, and went inside the building and again began goofing off and yapping with the other kids. The kids inside the building working the drive thru were loudly trash talking customers that ask for a minute before ordering, also goofing off and yapping. Got home, I sure got the cheese sauce I didn’t order (and paid nearly $2.00 for) but didn’t get the dressing for my salad. Sad.

It's OK, service is OK just don't think the portion size or taste justify the price.
Good food and polite service; however, waiting over 25 minutes with only five cars in front of you in unacceptable. At least give us a way to leave the line. No reasonable person would expect someone to be forced through an unmoving line.

I like the consistent quality of the food at Chick-fil-A. Plus, the staff is always extremely pleasant -- have never had a bad experience here, other than a crack in the bottom of a Styrofoam drink cup. Have never dined in, hence, lack of atmosphere rating. Closed on Sundays; saw a suggestion elsewhere that a joint be opened next door and be named, Side Chick.

The food is comparable to other Chick-fil-A. Somehow I keep finding myself in this line hoping it will be quicker. It never seems to be. I've wait over 20 minutes when the line was only several cars past the order box. Staff is always friendly. Just something off about this location.

Welcome to the slowest Chick-Fil-A on the planet. Edit: This is still the slowest Chick-Fil-A on the planet. I have no idea how this one store can be so wildly slower than any other store I've been to by an extremely large margin too. I guess i won't waste my time coming back here again.
