Stopped here for a carry out and they had two employees working the counter one was taking a customers order and the other girl walked right passed me and did not even acknowledge me proceeded to have her back turned to quickly get on her phone. The other employee helped me once she was done to grab my order that was SITTING on the COUNTER READY. Such an inconvenience when ubering knowing we make money off of picking up orders. Never will accept an order from here again

The food is good. However, I have been here multiple times to get carry out and there is never a time when the order is right. Today I added in the takeout notes 'Please add a lot of crackers in the bag' because I got a large pimento cheese serving 4-5. I added these notes in two places and there wasn't even one pack of crackers in the bag. This wouldn't be a big deal if I haven't been here 5+ times and every time my order is wrong. Whenever you walk in the workers are standing around but yet they can't get a very simple order correct. I only go to this place because my mom likes it. Today was my last time giving them my money. It is terrible service and my mom said the manager and staff messed up her order and were rude the last time she went as well. I would recommend going somewhere else.

First time visit. So many choices, hard to pick just one. Poblano chicken soup was delicious. Chicken salad on croissant was fantastic as well. I will make it a point to visit again.(Hard to park at Oakley location - try street parking on Marburg)

I go here so often and it’s always good. But yesterday my food was all wrong . Wrong bread, a small amount of chicken salad on sandwich , didn’t even cover the sandwich. Wrong soup and was missing the lettuce and tomato on sandwich. They are always normally great. But this time all off! And here it is again the messed up my order on Saturday again. Smdh. And I email CSC again. About it. The girl Lauren was so nasty. Got wrong soup asked about it and was told soup I wanted they did have. So I asked what can I do. Long pauses when I called. 2 times in 7 days. They gave me 2 free meals for first then boom happened again!

Pick a type of chicken salad, or egg salad if you prefer, and then decide either greens or bread or crackers. Pretty simple. Kinda pricey for what you get. The salads were fresh and tasty, nothing out of the ordinary, other than where can go for 8 or so digging types of chicken salad. Not worth a special trip, but if you're nearby, why not. They are not open on Sundays, so they miss the Crossroads crowd, to each their own.

Just needed a small protein snack to keep me going. Got the Fancy Nancy in an individual container, $6.99. It was good and filled the void. It was great for me because of my dietary restrictions. Wouldn't mind returning. Gave the atmosphere a 4 because the drink station was a mess, but after I mentioned it to them, they advised they would take care of it.

(sorry) I believe it’s ADAM OR ANDREW anyway the nice younger guy who know I’m writing this (so correct if I have the wrong name) was so patient with me not knowing this restaurant thinking a salad ? type salad but he gave me samples I mean he made me feel so comfortable jus so acknowledgeable so top customer service even the back kitchen team… samples were good I bought potato soup and pasta salad so good all right ingredients anyways I be back thanks to all caught me off guard

I have heard such great things about this chain, but I haven't had the chance to try it for myself, as they aren't yet in NY.We stopped here for lunch on the way to Lexington and, Wow!My husband and I split up the Buffalo Barclay and Sassy Scotty. We each had our own pasta salad and cookie, while I had sweet tea and he had a soda.He absolutely loved the Buffalo, while I liked it, but it was a little on the hot side for me. The Sassy Scotty - with bacon, ranch, and cheddar cheese - was perfect for me.The cookie was soft, and pasta salad had just enough dressing.Clean bathrooms, pleasant place to stop for lunch, and friendly staff.Highly recommend.

I’m only in Ohio visiting my bff who lives here and she took me here for lunch today and OH MAN IS IT GOOD. I’ve always liked chicken salad but this place is *chefs kiss* 10/10 … I WILL be doing whatever I can to get them to bring Chicken Salad Chick to California, I need it in my life forever.
