First of all, this place was incredibly overpriced. $13 for a small bowl of “buffalo chicken” mac and cheese. It looked like school cafeteria food from a cartoon- brown mush on top of some average mac and cheese. I genuinely thought they gave me the wrong type of mac and cheese because it did not look like other buffalo mac and cheeses I have had in the past. However they insisted it was “buffalo” mac and cheese. I tried it, and it was truly not buffalo. The sauce tasted extremely sweet, kind of like sweet and sour sauce. There was some spice to it, but it tasted more like siracha, with visible chili flakes in it. I was with a group of 10+ people, and when I told them that my bowl was buffalo chicken mac and cheese nobody believed me. It was laughable at this point. A couple people tried it and everyone was shocked at how sweet it was. I went back in line because genuinely I still thought they just misheard my order. But they insisted it was the buffalo chicken mac and cheese. They were EXTREMELY rude to me at this point. They were trying to tell me I must have different taste buds, and that this is why buffalo tastes like. I did not appreciate being talked down to like I don’t know what buffalo tastes like. I was not surprised to come to google reviews and find other 1 star reviews. I am sure they will try and remove this review because it seems like the kind of guys they are. So in conclusion, they did not give me the wrong order. Instead, their buffalo chicken mac and cheese simply sucks.

This truck is as if you took the most creamy and wonderful Mac and cheese and added amazingly flavored chicken and cornbread to boot! We loved this food truck and the awesome guy who owns it. I love that he had his sister helping because it made us want to go there even more. They were hilarious! Out of this world food and laughs were just what the doctor ordered.

Over the weekend I went to a food truck rally and this place caught my eye, I saw the prices and thought it was really expensive ($7 for Mac and cheese, $12 for Mac and cheese + chicken, and $3 for corn bread) but was hoping it would be worth it. When I ordered the food they had put it in a really small bowl and had put in little to no effort, all they did was scoop it in the small bowl and put a piece of sweet corn bread, and it was cold, and edible at best. If the place was cheaper I would have given it a better review but it wasn’t, so I wouldn’t recommend it.

I have seen this truck around the Cincinnati area a few times. My first experience was on fountain square where I had the buffalo chicken Mac it was delicious.!! They have different types of chicken topped over Mac n' cheese. My coworker was vegetarian and she loved the original creamy Mac 'n cheese especially with the sweet cornbread. I would highly recommend giving this truck a try, they will even give you a sample so you can find the one you like the best.

I had the privilege of trying this truck at a local festival and was super impressed with the speed at which I received my food. I had the honey sriracha chicken mac and was blown away by the flavor. I wanted to lick the bowl clean, but I took the sophisticated route. The cornbread really made it a complete meal and I will definitely be eating the again in the future!!

This is my all time favorite food truck! Their Buffalo mac and cheese is phenomenal and I crave it all the time, and their cornbread is also the only cornbread that I like. So that's saying something. I just wish that when I'm downtown working they would randomly pop up in the town square for lunch
While there is some tasty food to be had here, I believe the value proposition is fairly low, and most folks will still be hungry after eating a full meal here The setup is simple - a small bowl of mac n cheese either by itself or topped with some kind of chicken or chicken stew for a couple of bucks more The mac itself isnt very good. It creamy style, which is fine, but is on the bland side, not much cheese, not much flavor. The macaroni is overcooked to the point of near mushiness I've tried two of the toppings, the Bourbon chicken (no bourbon in it, sorry folks) and the Zesty chicken. The Bourbon was sauceless, which was disappointing, but the chicken was decently flavorful. See provided pic. The Zesty chicken was extremely good, a 4 or 5 star item by itself. So good that I am craving it as I write this. Very garlic-y and perhaps a bit too salty, but the flavor, just wow. That said, the Zesty is a little on the spicy-hot side, maybe about equal to a medium hot wing, so spice frowners beware The main problem is that you get very little food for the dollars spent.....in most cases, 8 bucks - to the point that anyone but a light eater will probably need to supplement their meal from this place with another side (or something) from elsewhere Service was friendly, they take credit cards, and they will give you a sample if you ask - so recommend trying before buying, especially the Zesty

So the Mac and cheese is probably kraft Mac and cheese and it was not creamy at all like the menu states,the chicken was alright a little too sweet and It had a bone in it . To me it felt like a stew the Mac and cheese was runny and it didn't appear to be cooked on the spot . Felt like it was warmed up instead . Not worth the $8
