I love Chipotle but this place is a hit or a miss. They always give me less because I’m young and it’s not right. A guy literally grabbed stuff out of my bowl and put it in the other guys because he asked for some more. Plus, I tried to get a carryout order and the staff are very inflexible and I had to cancel (no it was not because I didn’t place it far enough in advance I just wanted to change the time).

If I could give 0 stars I would. Upon arriving I thought I had just scored the jackpot because nobody was in line, but boy was I wrong. I had 2 seperate orders with 3 bowls total and I let the lady know that upon ordering. The First Lady was sweet but there was a Second Lady who took over and was disgustingly rude. Before allowing me to finish the first bowl she was already trying to put toppings on the second and third when she seen me with several papers in my hands with orders on them. Her tone was unsettling as well as the way she was asking me things. Instead of asking would you like anything else on this bowl she kept saying you done? And what you want on this one? (talking about the next bowl). I figured she may have been having a bad day so I tried smiling to see if she would lighten her mood, thus did not work. She continued with the rude remarks and even began overly aggressively making the rest of my order. Toward the end I asked her for some sides of sauces to go with my orders and again she started aggressively slopping the sauces in the containers knocking them over and making a mess on the counter. I haven't ordered from this chipotle for the last 6 months because of something similar happening the last time and I for sure will never order from here again. Chipotle prices are raising and the service is only getting worse! Not to mention the soda machine having a puddle forming in front of it and just as a I walked out they finally started to get the mop.

Burrito and bowl were made badly. They were out of white rice, no fajitas, no respect for vegetarians.. everything that is meat is being poured around. Bad Chipotle location, will never go there again!!
Rude lady's in there skimpy on chicken and served me old rice when I ask for fresh instead of the last little spoon of old white rice will not be back rude rude look at mine compared to fresh white rice totally let down

The service was terrible!!!! I was rushed down the line & the “manager” sat there & rushed me too! I get it you wanna get ppl in & out, but not having any regard to how your customers feel is crazy!!! This isn’t my first time having a terrible experience, but this interaction with the employees & management was one I couldn’t let slide! They were so passive aggressive, I don’t think I’ll be retuning. Chipotle do better with the customer service!!
