This chipotle gets my order wrong every single time I do delivery. I don’t understand how it’s so hard to read the ingredients people want and completely get it wrong. I do not recommend going to this location at all. This will be the last time I order delivery from there. Look at what I ordered compared to what I got. I just don’t get it.

I've lived near this Chipotle for around 15 years now and this is by far the worst service ever. It's been going downhill there for years now but holy cow. The person making my bowl didn't listen to a thing that was ordered and my bowl is extremely incomplete. The listening was terrible and the lady clearly didn't care what she put in the bowls. Don't go here if you can help it.

After working at Chipotle, I try to give them the benefit of the doubt. Sometimes things aren't in their control, and sometimes it's the worst day ever.However, this chipotle is the absolute worst. Cut sizes on ingredients are massive, beans rice and meats are dried out and crunchy like a chip, and they are always out of basic things like cheese or vinaigrette. When I was there today the hot bar was disgusting. Beans and meats looked like they just came out of the walk in from last night. On the cold bar nothing was circulated so they were out of cheese, mild, and nearly out of the rest. There was a whole jalapeño in the corn salsa as well. When asked for missing items from the cold bar I was told they were completely out, yet the prep team was pumping out cold bar toppings and begging for help with labeling and transfer to the walk in. This team is rude, and unbecoming of the brand I worked for. It takes only a few seconds to reach below the bar and grab cold toppings. It takes two minutes to make vinaigrette. It takes a few seconds to stir beans and meats while you're pumping out orders even in the busiest rush. Yet, when I was there - there was no one. I was the only person in line other than a mom and her two young kids, yet nothing is ever clean or refilled. I don't know how the AM and GM run this place but I am pretty sure this restaurant is not a restauranteur, and if the regional manager did a random pop up they would be greatly disappointed in what they saw. After a year of experience dealing with this place I would always recommend the mall chipotle over this location. If a mall can do it then there should be no problem for an actual store to get their head right.

This location does the same song and dance every time. You order online, the app tells you that your food is ready and on the shelf, but when you arrive, it seems like neither is true. You stand off to the side for 10 minutes for somebody to acknowledge your existence, And then they give you attitude when you check on your order even though the app states that it’s been ready for quite some time. I don’t understand the chemistry at this location, but unfortunately, it’s the only one in the area.

Food was ok, some workers need training on quantities again. I've noticed this at other Chipotles as well; dirty tables, no utensils/napkins and overall a very distasteful experience. Bummer, I really used to like Chipotle but it's been a steady decline for years now.

Let me tell you best man out there, personally as someone who is quite critical, and most definitely not an opstmst the amount of hope and joy i would see for the whole staff, all of them were the most caring people out there now! Though specifically my special condolences go out to the one and only Jacob. Jacob is the manager for Chipotle Mexican Grill located n the Kenwood mall. All I even ordered was simple chips and guacamole, just me and three friends of mine on a casual friday evening, had the most life altering, spirituality awaking moment all thanks to Jacob, I am so unbelievably greatful to know people like Jacob are out there in the world, so please to anyone reading, no matter if youre looking for food recommendations, or even leaving a review just as I am give a moment of thought for Jacob. He gave me hope- he revived my soul and dignity. I only wish the best for him in life, he, Jacob is a lot of things in life but under appreciated is the most fitting description. This man will go places!
