Where do I begin. The food I ordered me and my family was all done with pure laziness. I ordered my daughter a kids quesadilla meal and received a taco instead that was stuffed with unmelted cheese and a few pieces of chicken. I ordered a double bowl and instead received a less than normal portion bowl. Mostly rice at that a few pieces of chicken as well. My wife ordered a regular bowl and as well received a less than normal portion bowl also stuffed with mostly rice. The packaging was soaked with an unknown substance as well. This is sad chipotle do better.

The workers are not friendly, rude, and very aggressiveRice uncooked, it looks like you eat popcorn. I tried it 2 or 3 times. It's the same they are not clean corn mixed with sowercreamI don't recommend this unless Chipotle changes employees

Husband and I went to Eastgate Chipotle on 4/15/24 at 2:00pm and ordered A vegetarian bowl and a chicken burrito h chips to eat there. And after paying we find out that EVERY SINGLE TABLE IN THE PLACE WAS FILTHY!! They had food all over & smears of dried food on every table! The floors were so dirty. And we were the only ones there at the time. There is NO excuse for this. I should have called the board of health because the area where food order is made was very messy & unsanitary looking & the chicken L got was hard like it had set there a long time. The drink area very dirty also. Nothing in this location was clean. I used my bottle of hand sanitizer to clean off a table & 2 chairs, as they had food on them too! It had been a long time since we had been to this location because of problems they had before. We will never return now. The board of health needs to inspect this location for many reasons. ? Food is good but mobile ordering can be sooo slow. Wish they would let you order the quesadilla off the regular menu, a little frustrating when you wait around for the mobile order and see the line clear out but there is no option for a quesadilla other than mobile.

Dirty...Nobody grilling and out of items.Prep are has food everywhere.Guacamole was brown and had cheese in it.Trash was all over the floor.Trash cans full and nobody attending to the lobby.

Let me start by saying that I go to Chipotle all the time but I unfortunately was extremely let down by this location. I realize it was the end of the night but my rice wasn’t fully cooked. It was like chewing on pop corn kernels. I was given hardly any protein, and a sprinkle of cheese. On top of all that the chips were stale and not even warm. I have been to this location several times and this is the first time I have ever been this let down. It’s safe to say I won’t be visiting this location again.

Picked up my online order on Thursday night and this is what I found after driving all the way home. You should know that the bag sat upright the whole way home so this is not because of something I did. The guy actually handed me this bag from behind the counter, it was not waiting on the shelf when I showed up to grab it.What's suspicious is the lid was perfectly clean on the inside and showed no evidence it was dropped. That said, there's just no possible chance they were unaware of this before handing me my food. I just don't know what to think of it aside from someone ate half of my bowl.And if that wasn't enough, Chipotle pulled the classic mix their fresh chips with their leftover stale chips routine. Half of my chips were obviously warm and fresh while the other half were rock hard. They just love to do this at the Eastgate location. CAN YOU PLEASE STOP THIS? Yes, people notice.
