This location is always out of something. Out of black beans and guacamole, and they are still open another 2 hours. All employees seemed like they hate their job (maybe because they run out of ingredients all the time). Counter was also a sloppy mess… just moving the bowls right through it.. gross.

Always something here. I go about once a month just to see if they got it together for the last year or so and nope!!! Still terrible. SMH. Today there was 3 employees total up front. A cook, someone on the line making bowls, and someone completing online orders. Where is the cashier you ask ?? Well after the line emp makes about 6 bowls the guy making the online orders jumps over to ring somebody out. Total time in here 45 minutes!!!! I waited so I could count the time and make this review. My goodness what is the owner of this location doing exactly. The worst location by far and that is saying something. Running a location of this caliber isn’t hard to do pay someone a decent salary and they will run this location much better. Currently you’re doing a horrible job.

I don't do bad reviews unless it's necessary and it def is necessary. When we arrived there was a line to the door. We decided to wait since it was the second one we went to - Delhi location was out of main ingredients and were very hungry. It took 30 min to order and another 10 for them to make the food. All but one employee were next to useless. The one guy who was cooking in the back did everything,Cooked,made rice, changed pans,made orders,knew anything, quick and friendly. The others all looked confused and were so slow it was insanity. It took the one almost 5 whole minutes just to put guac in a cup. Then she forgot our chips and that's after she initially forgot our guac. Terrible experience and disappointing. Unbelievable that they have jobs and nothing is done about it.

The employees have a bad attitude here. If the floor was sticky I might think I’m in a Taco Bell. Every burrito I get from here is wrapped very poorly. They frequently run out of things like fajita veggies. The veggies are undercooked frequently.As a worker was SMUSHING my double wrapped burrito I asked for another tortilla, she reluctantly went to grab it as she made a snarky remark “I know how to do my job”.That same burrito, the chicken was cold and fajita veggies undercooked again. I could wrap the damn thing better with one hand.

Has to be the worst Chipotle in Cincinnati. I only come to this one as a last resort, and every time I do they are severely understaffed. The staff that is there has no sense of urgency and takes their sweet time. Most of the time they are out of at least one ingredient, if not more. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. It may be farther for you to drive to the other one on Glenway or up Harrison, but I promise you will save time more often than not and have a better experience. You’ll probably even save time going to the one in Delhi or Monfort Heights. Just avoid this one.

I hate it when you order a fajita bowl from the Glenway location and get it delivered and there is no veggies. That's the 2nd x it has happened and when you call they only state they were out (at 11 am, by the way) and the rice & beans I received would still be $15. If I only knew I was getting rice & beans I would have cancelled. I can see why there is so many 1 star reviews. Customer service sucks. Order from Taco time, much better anymore!
