Maybe I'm not using them correctly, but everytime I try and use rewards they don't seem to work when I go into the restaurant. I had one today for a birthday discount and when it was opened and scanned, nothing popped up on the computer, but on the main screen on the app, it said I could get a free guacamole. I was told by management it didn't work and so I couldn't use it. This hasn't been the only time I've tried to use a reward and it didn't go through the computer on their end and it's frustrating. Even if management knew what was wrong and walked us all through it, that would've been better than being left hanging at the register.

Got there 40 mins before “closing” and it was already closed. Employees just be closing whenever they want and are rude telling you to get out of the store. Doors were opened and Google says it closed at 11pm. Bad experience and the attitude is just so unnecessary.

This is by far the WORST Chipotle ever! They never have anything. They are always out of food. You can never get a complete bowl with all of your choices. I wish Chipotle would cut their license agreement in half. Because this is not just a one-time thing... it's daily!

This location has completely gone downhill. The people are always rushing (even when they are not busy) the serving line and food prep area are ALWAYS disgusting (it's a wonder no one has gotten ill from eating here) The tables and floors are always nasty, this particular location is always out of something. I don't even attempt to order online any more, because when I do, the bowls are only half made, or something is completely missing. The bowls are so skimpy when ordering online.

This is easily the worst chipotle that exists. The employees are high, they mumble or stare at you when you ask for food, the service is slow, they walk around cursing and using their phones instead of doing their jobs, and they are always out of ingredients. They were literally out of cheese tonight and when I asked if we could get a discount since cheese is like, the main ingredient, the cashier just rudely said “cheese is free so you don’t get anything off, with an attitude. Explain to your employees that if you’re paying $10 for a bowl, the cheese is not free, it’s included in the price. I will drive 30 minutes to go to a different location, never this one again until they fix the service. Horrible. The guy making my tacos tried to give me one taco instead of three as well. And he was visibly high on drugs.OH, I would also like to add that we discovered on the way out of the restaurant that they did actually have cheese, but they weren't allowing any customers in the line to have any. Only online orders could get cheese. Completely insane. The cheese is essentially 1/5 of the bowl/item you're ordering. If you can't give people cheese, at least take $2 off. I had to stop at Kroger on the way home to buy a $4 bag of cheese. I would have been less angry and annoyed if I could have at least saved a few bucks on my Chipotle order. But no. Full price because they say "cheese is free." So I guess next time I go in I can ask for a free bowl of cheese? Apparently it costs nothing.

Specifically Jody, Exavier, Bartholomew, and Jacob all assisted me to get this taken care of and saved me multiple trips

The food was fresh and smelling so good as soon as I walked in the door. I haven't had Chipotle in a while, and I was so excited to get a burrito bowl and some guacamole ? Everything was great..
I placed an order at 9:20, I get here at 9:40 when it says I can pick it up, the food is still not ready. I wait all the way until 10:20 for them to make 1 bowl and 1 burrito, and the food is cold. The coworkers were yelling at each other and absolutely rude. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.

I have been coming to this chipotle at least every other week for 5 years. Always enjoyed it and have never had an issue really. I come tonight and walk up to the door at 10:05 (the door literally says the close at 11). It’s locked. A worker walks over and lets me in and I ask “oh are you guys closed?” And no response. So I get in line.I’m maybe the 10th person in line. And after maybe 5 mins go by, I hear one of the workers call out “the last person I’m serving tonight is the man in the blue hat” and I look up and it’s the guy right in front of me. I’m the only person behind this guy. So everyone looks up at me and I’m dumbfounded that im being solo pointed out and publicly being told to leave AN HOUR BEFORE THE STORE IS EVEN CLOSED .im not one to cause a scene so i leave.But I will NEVER come back to this chipotle. I will happily take my money elsewhere.

Rude Staffing, everyone was arguing in the back, was waiting over 30 minutes over prepaid paid. everything about this specific location and crew tonight is completely unacceptable. i pray for the other customers who ordered after me and that they don’t receive the service we did tonight. I do not even wish this experience on my worst enemy. Be better ??????
