While visiting the area, this place was recommended as a restaurant worth checking out. We decided to give it a shot. The interior gave off more of a local cafeteria than a sushi joint which caught me off guard. The staff was friendly and the food was good. While I would say that one of my local joints has better sushi, this was still a good spot to get your fix.

My favorite cheap sushi restaurant in Cincinnati. Very basic restaurant and not somewhere you go for the ambiance. The quality is good for the price. Lots of options for sushi rolls.

The sushi was excellent and was priced at 1/2 off. The calamari was pretty bland and didn't taste entirely cooked. The miso soup was decent, though. The only issue with this location was the 2HR parking lot. If you want to stay longer in the area, try street parking! Service and Ambiance were great!

My food was sitting on the counter while I waited for 15 min. Employee at the front was extremely rude and frankly sweaty and gross. I would have preferred to bag my own order after watching him touch everything including his greasy sweaty face before he touched the food boxes. Food is usually very good, but my food was cold as ice by the time I was able to eat, soup was literally half full as well which is a joke. I will not be going back to this restaurant ever again

Cloud 9 Sushi is a must stop in Cincinnati!The food was all so good! And really inexpensive! I got 2 special rolls (C9 supreme & BBQ), 2 appetizers (Gyoza & Crab Rangoon), 1 soda, and 1 hand roll (yum yum roll) the Gyoza Pot Stickers were AMAZING! I only spent $41 for all of these things! I definitely recommend this place if you love sushi - so many options to choose from. The only thing to keep in mind is that the parking situation is terrible. Not handicap friendly!Parking: Streets are packed and parking is hard to find
They charged me $10-15 MORE....than NEKO'S...for the SAME order. And the food, Service, all around quality can't compare if they had to!!!!!! ??It wasn't even close!!!!!!Our rolls were only like 4-5 inches long. They had MISSING ingredients. Something was wrong with ALL 3 rolls that we ordered. Who OVER-cooks a Sunday Morning roll? It was dang near inedible! Smfh??♂️We ordered Veggie fried rice. It had a weird taste and texture. We only ate like 2 spoon fulls each. The next day, we take it out of the fridge....and it smelled DEAD! ?Wtf???Nnnnope.We won't be back.#PlainAndSimple

I've been going here since college, and it's still my favorite sushi joint in Cincy. I order from here 2-3 times a week still to this day. My usual order is their level-5 fried rice, Philly roll, and the ginger dressing on their salad is the best I have ever had. Wish they were open for lunch, but their hours changed after COVID. Highly recommend.
