We sat there for a very long time waiting for service and other tables around us had been sat after us and there drinks were ordered and brought out. For a party of two this is ridiculous we ended up leaving.

I usually don’t take the time to do these reviews but after our visit yesterday I felt I should.We have been visiting this Cracker Barrel for many years but this visit was the worst ever.Everything was going great until after we placed our order, we even checked in through the app and was seated immediately upon arrival.After we placed our breakfast order it took approximately 40 - 45 minutes to get our order, we even questioned politely what was taken so long, two tables next to us that arrived after us ordered, ate an were leaving before we even got our food.Then as soon as our food was delivered I also placed a carry out order and when we got home and took it out of the bag it wasn’t what we had ordered… luckily my dad didn’t complain, but I’m not sure how you confuse Liver for meatloaf…and we were missing the mashed potatoes also…The restaurant looked to have plenty of workers and we only had 3 people in our party so I’m not sure what really happened.. unlike any other visit we have made many many times..

Food came out not very warm, but was good otherwise.Service was good a very nice waitress came by and gave us some biscuits, we had a waiter as a server, looked for her after and didn’t see her when we was leaving to give her a tip too, I’m sure we’ll see her again. They was super busy too.

We stopped here while visiting from out of town. It was a Saturday morning so we knew they would be swamped, and they were!However, the entire staff at this location worked extra hard to make sure we had what we needed, provided an excellent services from arrival to exit, and made our wait as minimal as possible. It was obvious that this staff works while together and is lead WELL!!!!

My order was missing items, it was cold and gross. I walked in and placed a carry out. The woman who took my order was very nice and offered other food options while I looked at the menu.Eggs were supposed to be scrambled on all 3 plates but only 2 were scrambled. They looked like only 1 egg was used when they were supposed to be 2 egg plates. The one plate had a burnt square shape omelet looking egg put in there as scrambled. We were supposed to have 3 gravy sides for biscuits and gravy but only had 2 with a side of hash browns in one. Biscuits were hard.I thought this would be an upgrade from how awful Milford location is but I was wrong. Sadly it seems like it's now a norm at cracker barrel. You can tell when someone cares about what they do, or when they don't presented in the food. Why have a second quality checker on plates when they aren't checking but just marking as "ok."The food, the presentation of food and the quality isn't what I used to know and love. The only time I receive somewhat decent food is when I have time to go in and sit down. But this same standard should be the same for carryout and online orders, I don't have time to sit every time I want decent food.

The food isn’t like it use to be:( Pancakes are rubber, I couldn’t even cut through them with my knife. Eggs were fake:( Everything was luke warm. It wasn’t even busy. They forgot our fake sausage and this restaurant’s food is no longer edible.
