We were at Esoteric Brewing for an event. My husband is a Dahlia fan. It's a delicious brown ale that is on their regular menu. I had a red blend wine that was tasty. My husband wanted a dinner bite, but as a vegetarian, there's not not much for me. He really enjoyed the chicken strips with a spicy BBQ sauce.

If you love a crunchy piece of chicken perfectly and evenly coated in a wet batter this is the place. Pictures don’t do it justice. Their wings are giant. Everything is big. Coat it all in the Gochujang BBQ, great sweet and spicy sauce. Good fried pickles, real crunchy. This place definitely has my favorite egg roll, it’s FULL of beef. Always quick, even cooler now that they have dining in the Esoteric bar! Check them out!
Not impressed at all...mediocre at best. The wings party wing size and the food is made to order so your food comes out hot. I had the spicey flavored wings and my husband had the BBQ flavor. The BBQ flavor tastes nothing like BBQ. My spicey wings had good flavor, not spicey at all. I have had better Korean fried chicken.

I'm very much confused as to why the public thinks this chicken is good. From someone who is familiar with Korean friend chicken and have lived in Korea, this place is far off from the real deal. The batter is way too thick and their soy garlic sauce has too much soy sauce in it. It was too difficult to finish the chicken with the amount of batter there was.Korean fried chicken should be lightly bartered and fried twice. That's what makes the chicken crunchy. Unfortunately the crunch here was more of a deflating batter type of texture. There was so much batter some parts of it were barely fried. The chicken itself did not have any marinade either. I am also confused as to how the drumsticks are extremely huge. They look like they're on steroids. See the picture for what I mean. I really wanted to like this place as I have been looking for a good Korean fried chicken spot around KY/Cincinnati, but this was such a disappointment.

That food is fire!!!! I drove 40 minutes both ways to get their food those Korean corn dogs are so good, I came two days in a row the second day I brought a car load of my family members to try out the food. I would definitely say go try them out you won't be disappointed ????

I took my nieces to Decibel and they LOVED everything we got- which is hard cause they can be picky eaters! Who wouldn't love fried chicken, corn dogs and Mozz sticks! I loved that we got to try a bit of everything. Everything was DELICIOUS and their sides are pairings.

The presentation looked decent however the corn dogs were both not very good. The fried mozzarella was mushy and doughy/under cooked. Nothing like the average Korean fried corn dogs I usually see. The one with the hot dog was not much better. Weird flavor in the hot dog itself. The cucumbers were also weak in flavor. The egg rolls were good but very Salty if you're watching sodium I wouldn't recommend. Probably wouldn't go back to try the other foods. The workers are not Korean and probably should be trained better in Korean cooking I assume. The other low reviews seem accurate now after looking. Didn't finish the food either, not worth 34 dollars for one person at all.

I got this place doordashed to me last night after a long day and it did not disappoint! I ordered a mozz stick, fries, and 4 of the gochujang BBQ wings. The portions are HUGE and worth the price. My mozz stick was crunchy and gooey and covered in a delicious sweet sauce, sesame seeds, and green onions. The waffle fries were crispy and well seasoned, and the dipping sauce was really good! Finally, the wings are huge and meaty and perfectly cooked. Although they were very well sauced, they stayed super crispy on the way to my apartment. It may be a bit sacrilege, but I thought they were bomb dipped in some ranch - not that they needed it. Will definitely be getting decibel again.
