Love Dewey’s but DO NOT order online, at least a salad. The serving sizes are half of what you get in person. They forgot chicken on my salad. Went in and politely told them that it was suppose to have chicken. When I received it back they only put 5 thinly sliced pieces on top. $3 for that? To get out of my car and get skimped? Scam…

We’ve been going to Dewey’s for years but this was our first visit to the Beechmont location. The servers were VERY attentive and personable. The food was excellent as always. We shared a side peppercorn ranch salad and a green lantern pizza, both were great!

Ben took our order and he was a delight. Lots of fun! I like the team approach where any team member that walks by your table will refill a beverage, check on your food, etc. I enjoy the Sgt. peppers pizza which is only available once a year for a month or two. We had it tonight and it has such a great combination of flavors! Spicy and sweet all together.Vegetarian options: Salads, select whatever toppings you want on your pizza or calzone.Parking: Free parking spaces, plus spaces where you can text and someone from the restarant delivers your order to your carKid-friendliness: There were 4 tables near us that had kids under 8 years oldWheelchair accessibility: First floor, booths and tables. One can pull up to a table in a wheelchair.

Fantastic! Service was excellent, can't say enough about how attentive and nice our servers were. The food was incredible, we had side salads and a small pizza. The salad was so fresh, with their housemade vinaigrette it was delicious. The pizza has an amazing crust with top quality toppings. I will definitely be back!

Came to Dewey’s tonight and put our name in. Keep in mind, I had brought our two young boys solo this evening. When I put our name in, I got a text saying I’d be notified when our table was ready. Around 6:30 I started noticing that people who came after us were getting seated. I approached the host. He asked my name again, and said he couldn’t find it. He then said he’d look into it and ask the manager. I gave him a couple minutes. He did nothing of the sort. So I then approached the manager and explained the situation. She did not apologize. Not even once. After 40 minutes of waiting, we finally got seated. I asked if there was any sort of compensation for our extra wait due to their error. Our server said he’d talk to the manager because they usually compensate something. The manager came over a minute or two later and all she said was, “Is this table ok?”, then walked away. Our server then approached me and said the manager said no compensation would be happening. I am extremely disappointed with their customer service. It isn’t hard to make a customer feel better about something that goes wrong on their end. Offer a drink. Something. Incredibly poor service on the manager’s part. She lost this customer.
