Maybe they had an off day but I went here for dinner and ordered the pork dumplings and crab Rangoon and shrimp fried rice. Every thing was good but my rice had no shrimp it in what so ever? I don’t take a pic but I am going to leave a review because if I call and ask for a credit they won’t give it this is me assuming but on right because they also forgot my crab Ragoon and when I told her instead of just giving me another sauce she came out to my car with me to check because I didn’t want to go back in if it want she was. I paid 21.25

The female employee who takes the orders is the rudest person in the business. As I was waiting for my food, the delivery driver came back into the store. Without washing his hands or using sanitizer he started working on the prep line preparing orders. If I had not made any noise about it, everything he touched outside including himself is now on everybody's food. The same lady that took the money left the register and without washing her hands or using gloves she started handling the egg rolls. If you go to this restaurant watch them as they handle your food.

I've picked up from here a few times now and every time has been great. Its exactly what I want from a quick cheap chinese take out. Hot, fresh noodles and fried chicken in a sticky sweet sauce. I got two entrees, chow mei fun and general tso, for like $25 including tip, enough food for 3 meals for me. Everyone has always been really nice and for the price this is fantastic. All these negative ratings are mostly for door dash, uber eats, and grub hub not the actual restaurant. Don't berate the restaurant, they simply hand off the food. After that its on the third party for everything else.

Ordered sesame chicken. Sauce is sickeningly sweet. Had to douse it in soy sauce just to make it somewhat okay. Also ordered fried wontons, expecting the typical cream cheese fried wonton. Instead inside is a single black shriveled up..thing... in every single one. It's disgusting.

THANKS FOR THE RAW FOOD!!! If I could give this place a 0 stars I would. My mother ordered off Uber eats during her lunch break and after charging her $20 for this meal the chicken is absolutely raw along with the scallops. The shrimp is slimey, so was the chicken. When she called to ask for a refund the lady kept saying “call Uber eats” but Uber eats wasn’t the one who made her food?????? They still have yet to call her back. All we wanted was a refund. Absolutely disgusting and will for sure be calling the health department because it’s ridiculous. Hopefully they respond to this review because they obviously have no interest in helping us. Terrible customer service.EDIT::: Reply to response; this is absolutely not cooked chicken, you can tell looking at it and the texture of how it feels that this chicken is not cooked through. Any sane person who looked at this chicken could tell you the same exact thing. And when my mother called Uber eats they said they would try to get ahold of your store but they “lost contact” probably because y’all hung up and don’t wanna deal with it!!!!

Don’t order from them very unprofessional they took my money but didn’t deliver none of my food I called multiple times they acting careless to the situation keep telling me they driver otw but never came I highly wouldn’t recommend they need to shut them down this is ridiculous !

I did an online order and did not receive my small white rice for my child. I called to rectify the issue and was told that someone would be calling me back and I never received a call back. This is usually my go to Chinese food spots but I need to find a new place to eat, since this restaurant doesn't care about their customers.

I have been ordering from Dragon City for 20 years. They updated their website and it refused to take any of my credit cards. The last one I tried had a huge credit limit, it declined my card and added FOUR pending charges for the same amount. You lost a lifelong customer. FOUR PENDING CHARGES.

Very poor customer service. I placed an order through grub hub and contacted Dragon City to request a large rice oppose to a small and condiments and they had the nerve to hang up in my face 3 times and admitted it. I will never do business with Dragon City again and advise others to do the same. By the way Grub Hub did not want to return my money after canceling my order. They do not deserve one star.
