Been a long time regular at this location. When Tyler is working the atmosphere is great but both me and my partner have witnessed Angelica berate and humiliate her young employees, and in full view of the shop. Angelica has also literally yelled at her employees for “leaving their stations” (in front of customers mind you) when the employees in question every time were serving customers that Angelica, and several other employees were visibly ignoring. I have also heard her several times tell her employees that “drive thru is the most important thing” and to “ignore the front” when the front of the store had a line out the door and ToGo orders quite literally thrown on the counter and not placed where they should be. The professionalism, especially towards the young adults and teenagers that are employed there with this manager is unethical and sickening.

HANDS DOWN THE BEST DUNKIN IN ALL OF CINCINNATI OHIO ❤️ The manager here is amazing to say the least, Tyler is his name & also the new manager in training, Angelica- amazing. The whole morning crew go above & beyond to make sure everything is too tier!Literally the whole staff is kind, inviting, & truly care about their customers !! I've been coming to this location for a good yr & some change now & I will not go anywhere else.
