usually have to pull around in the tiny drive thru if you get more than one item. check your bag before you leave I've definitely driven off missing a hash brown or something. drive thru takes priority over in store transactions. nothing bad to say, just a regular mids Dunkin experience overall, exactly what I expect.

I work night shift and every time I stop in to get a latte before work even though it is a half hour before closing they tell me they can't make a latte because they are already cleaning the machine. ?

I came in this morning to order donuts for my grandchildren. I was told by the manager I couldn’t get 1 dozen of a specific item. He was loud and rude and embarrassed me in front of several other customers. I will never go back!

This dunkin location is pretty darn busy in the mornings, and staff seems like they struggle to keep up. I almost always order a bacon topped avocado toast and the quality greatly varies. One time has this location given me a bacon avocado toast that meets the standards all Dunkins should have. Usually they are very very skimpy with the bacon and the seasoning.

“Drive thru” is supposed to be a drive thru but they make you wait 15 minutes in the front almost every single time whether for food or for drinks ? with hella people behind the counter. Goofy - don’t come here if you don’t have time that’s for sure!

I don’t understand how you can order the same drink everyday and it is never the same. It is so hit and miss. Todays was terrible I took one sip and threw it in the trash

Tldr: horrible customer service. I ordered through Uber eats. With 3 operating hours left, they called and told me they were out of all 5 different kinds of donuts. This is not my issue. My issue is the woman who called me and told me I needed to cancel my order because they were out of donuts. I explained that I can't cancel because I'll still be charged but in the past, restaurants have cancelled and that would allow them to cancel without charging me. She raised her voice, talked over me, and told me if I wouldn't cancel it then I could pay the full amount but only get my drinks. She then hung up on me when I tried telling her that in the past restaurants have told me they can call Uber and cancel if they don't have an appropriate replacement.

My sister ordered a Uber Eats order, the worker refused to cancel the order after being notified that they had no donuts to complete the order but expected my sister to pay the $40 anyways for just the coffees. She repeatedly talked over my sister and had a nasty attitude over something that could’ve been fixed if Dunkin would’ve just cancelled the order. So 0/10 do not recommend coming to this location.

The last few times I've been here, even for simple coffee orders I am asked to pull around and have them bring the coffee out to me. I know about this industry to know this is to make it appear that the drive thru times are better than they actually are. With the awkwardness of their parking lot this is inconvenient to the customer and I do not appreciate it. If you want your drive thru times to reflect well, being more efficient is the actual answer.

Stopped in to pick up an order for doordash earlier today, the person making the order was talking to two other people that were in the dining room but not paid a single bit of attention to me at all. Meanwhile the other guy that was working and handing food out the drive-thru took my order for a coffee while I was waiting on that other order to be finished, but it has been finished and just sitting there getting cold. I ordered a small hot coffee, wound up with a small iced coffee. Not even made the way I asked for it to be made either. Everything about being at this location pissed me off today. That was the worst customer service experience ever. Where is their manager? So they're getting paid to just clown on the clock and not actually do their job?

They have been completely out of munchkins 2 of 3 times I've come here and out of glazed and chocolate the 3rd time. Is it on purpose or is somebody just terrible at their job ?

We come there everyday and never had the problem we did today. Yes I understand the lady didn't hear me say espresso but if they repeat the order it would help. But they put sugar in my coffee so when I said it was wrong they pulled me in front of the building and when my new coffee was brought out it was the one with sugar and they just added espresso.. big no no. Let's get it together Dunkin. I have never had this problem. I work at a restaurant so I know it can get rough but this was just crazy.
