We live right by this location but will drive all the way over to Ridge or somewhere else to get our drinks because every time we order from this location the drinks look/taste different than the last time. We were on our way to work last week and in a hurry, so we gave this location a try. The drinks tasted horrible and were not made properly. We didn't have time to go back, so I called and spoke the assistant manager who said no problem, come on back in and we will have a credit written down for your drinks. So, I go back in this weekend, and tell the owner/manager that I should have a credit on file for two drinks and he tells me I'm not making you two drinks! Then proceeds to tell me that I should have come back right away if there was a problem, but then showed me someone else's credit that they had on file and said it was the only one that they had. I asked to speak to the assistant manager, and he says that she isn't there. He absolutely refused to satisfy what the other manager had agreed to and was as rude as he could be about it. We do not need to scam you for your drinks that aren't made properly in the first place SIR!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!

had a cone in the drive through so you can’t get in at 12!! said you guys don’t close til 4 on thanksgiving. drove all the way here for nothing. there was a bunch of cars in the drive through too.

I literally forgot my wallet and tried every form of payment there is but couldnt find any they accepted. The kind worker gave me the drink anyway. She was so nice. I told her i was going to leave her the best review ever! She said I'd forget, well here is to to you Savinch* youre amazing after a long horrible day, you made it so much better. God gives back in so many ways we dont realize. You're amazing and heres YOUR 5star review!

My son and I arrived at 6:45 a.m. the doors were locked I proceeded to the drive-through and asked what time do they open the front of the store. And the attendant admitted that the store opens at 6 a.m. but they only open the door if you have for customers or more at the door. I then responded "well I was really looking forward to coming in with my autistic son to work on his behavior skills." And instead of any kind of acknowledgment of what I said she just ignored me and asked me if I wanted to order. I didn't want to upset my son so I went ahead and proceeded with the order. When I pulled up to the window to pay and receive my order the manager open the window and said how is your day? I responded well it would have been nice if you opened your doors because my son was looking forward to going into your store. And he just completely ignored me again as if I didn't say anything at all. I don't know if customer service is just really going down the pipe. But I really feel like if you say that your store opens at 6 you should follow at least that guideline. I will never come to this location ever again. They don't seem to care about their customers.

Not very happy with my experience her at all. Went through the drive thru and got two coffees for me and my boyfriend. (The lady taking the order was already being rude) His was fine but I ordered a small mocha iced coffee with cream and sugar. And when I got it the coffee was black, so I asked if they had put the cream and sugar in it and she told us they did. As we drove off I tried the coffee and it just tasted like black coffee, I went inside to have it fixed and they were very rude about it and finally remade it, and it still wasn't right. I'll just be finding another Dunkin to go to from now on.
