This location is seriously abysmal. I don't know why, but I decided to give it another chance this morning. I ordered a cold brew coffee and was given a regular iced coffee. Again. It was burnt, old, and incredibly acidic. This is the second time this has happened to me at this store. Do they not think people can taste the difference or something? If you're out, I can understand that. Just say so. But first thing in the morning? Somehow, I doubt it.

pretty sure everyone who works here is on drugs i had to have them remake my matcha latte multiple times(they added coffee?) and the person who rang up my order kept adding random stuff to it.

Dunkin has forgotten what coffee is supposed to taste like. Even the replacement cup was bad. So sad.

They're always so kind. Today I ordered my drink wrong and asked if I could have it remade and they were so kind and helpful and even when I offered to pay for it again because it was my fault that I ordered it wrong. They insisted on just giving it to me. I never expect that but it's always appreciated.

Some of the staff could get retrained on customer service. The older black lady was terrible. No greeting, smile, and very short on her conversation. I didn’t catch her name as there was no name tag. She clearly did not want to be there.

they said there was no bacon…when there was bacon, they gave us a chai that was pure milk and then when we asked for a different drink they were out of everything. never going back there ?

Since reopening from their rehab, the speed and quality of the coffee has gone down. Wait for coffee can be up to 5 minutes and once it had grounds in it and once it was cold. Not sure if they lost all their experienced staff during shutdown or what? Need to up their game or lose steady business.

Decent food, good coffee, most unfriendly (not rude) staff of any Dunkin I’ve ever patronized anywhere. I expect the kids to be unfriendly, but even the so-called adults act like they could care less you’re there. Unfortunately there isn’t much with respect to alternatives in that area or I’d never go back. This store needs to take customer service lessons from the store off bypass 28 near the Lowe’s store. If that store were on my route I’d never return to Mariemont.

I've tried giving this location multiple chances, but ultimately cannot recommend it at all. Consistently, every time I go here, I am either handed the wrong thing or the wrong quantity. Not once in the four times I've been here has my order ever been correct, and it is never busy when I go. Today, they waited until well after I paid to tell me they didn't have what I ordered. And then the remainder of my order was STILL wrong. I don't think I'll even go back for the missing items I paid for. The food is never fresh or hot, which is honestly the biggest issue. The coffee is also bland and always tastes old. I'll just stick to the proven, non-chain coffee shops in my neighborhood. They are worth paying a little more for hot food, good coffee, and acceptable service. Avoid this location if you can.

The donuts were all ice cold and stale. My iced latte tasted watered down without a hint of coffee. A young man served me at the drive-thru. I ordered online for pick-up. He was really short and rude from the moment we pulled up to the window and acted like we were "putting him out" by ordering there in the first place. Oh and like most young boys, he mumbled like he couldn't move his lips, and it was impossible to hear or understand him.

This is the best Dunkin location in the Cincinnati area, maybe even Ohio. The staff is always very nice and personable and they rarely make any mistakes on an order. Every morning I arrive they recognize my car and know my order. Great place, great service, great people.

This was the worst experience I've had. Manager Mike was not present or to be seen. The woman taking orders was leaving to go outside and accompany what looked like her family sitting in a car outside. Management left 2 kids in the kitchen by themselves that didn't know what to do or where any help was. The people working on 6/13 a Tuesday should be fired or at least written up and talked to about their actions and choices in the work environment. I will not be coming back to this establishment while this crew and staff is working again. Horrible experience, attitude, and work ethic.

If you want more ice given to you then actual coffee fill line this is the right dunking. Just left 3 minutes ago and this is how much coffee is left and ice left after 2 zip.
