We ordered shrimp fajitas, Coyote Quesadilla and Coconut Shrimp with Baby Back Ribs. Had potato skin appetizer. Potato skins were good. Coconut Shrimp was burnt, they bring new ones that were tasty. Shrimp Fajitas didn't have a lot of flavor. Quesadilla was good, steak in it was dry and chewy.Friends have raved about how good it is, not sure if we didn't order the right meal but it wasn't worth the price for what we got.Didn't order alcohol and waiter seemed disinterested after we just ordered water with our meal. Service was fine, brought our food out in a timely manner, refilled waters frequently, got special orders correct. Just felt like we were a bother.

Love everything about El Coyote except their prices, they have gotten really high.
We always like this place, but thiscwas the first timecmy wife tried the steak. She loved it and said its comparable to Ruby's. I got the ribs, and they were decent. I'm pretty particular on those, so I'd have preferred some of the sauce baked and caramelized a bit rather than just slop it on after cooking. Still good, though.Overall, a good night. It always is.

Had the Steak Oscar tonight, I was extremely impressed with the quality & presentation of my meal! Best Margaritas in town! Service was top tier as well! Can’t wait to go back!

The chicken fajitas were definitely the worst I’ve ever had. To begin with the kids got their food first then the adults got their food 10 minutes later all the food was served cold. Waitress was great unfortunately will probably never go back. Definitely wasn’t worth the 150+ price tag.

Went for a birthday dinner. Was seated while waiting for the rest of my party. Would have liked to have a beer while i was waiting but the server did not even acknowledge yhe table until the rest of my party arrived. I ordered a full rack of ribs that were lukewarm at best, and drowning in bbq sauce that i did not care for. They were very tender but mostly flavorless once i scraped off the sauce. The mashed potatos were so salty i couldn't eat them. The salsa served while we waited for our food was way to spicy, and i like spicy food, and the chips were rubbery and only bent if you folded them, they didnt even break. Way, way overpriced for the quality of the food. I took the banana cream pie home, and was soo disappointed. The pie tasted like chemicals. And the whipped cream turned to runny water by the time i got home. I would not reccommend this place to anyone!

I'd say it's alright. The food was decent, I had the ribeye with a side of sweet potatoes.... Sweet potatoes here come with an assortment of things in it that aren't labeled on the menu. The server forgot my silverware when I sat down, also forgot my appetizer (potato soup) and also forgot to bring a steak knife.... When main course came out she originally brought macaroni instead of the Sweet potato I had ordered.Parking is on a massive hill.Parking: On a massive hill

The wait staff were very pleasant.But, neither of us were impressed by our meals. Very average. Canned mushrooms and frozen veggie mix in use, and messy plates served. Basically, this place is simply a crowded local hangout and not an establishment that I'd recommend for a scrumptious meal.
