I don't get it. This is the original Cincy chili company, and overtaken by Skyline and Goldstar. I can understand why. Ordered classic 5-way - chili was lukewarm, spaghetti was as well. The chili, for me, was bland. I realize that is a personal taste thing, but that is how I call it. The worst part of the visit is this location's handicap parking spots (2) are NOT ADA compliant. There is no required van space and both are on an incline. So a company that can't just follow the basic requirements for handicap parking is not a company I will ever do business with again.

Massive three way and a cheese coney for thirteen bucks with a fountain drink. What a deal! Chili was good and meaty along with piles of cheese.

I love Skyline & Dixie Chili, but I think Empress has the best 3,4 & 5 ways, Skyline gets the nod for best coney's as I think their dogs and buns have more flavor, also they have excellent double decker sandwiches, always fast and friendly, whether you eat in or go to the drive-thru, I love their Giant 5-way, they actually give you double everything or at least very close to it.

My Famous 3 to 5-ways to eat anywhere, Skyline is a close 2nd, but the 5-ways I get and my Wife a 3-way are the best here, we get Super sized ones to take half home and eat later or for lunch the next day, We also got a Double Decker that was excellent, my Daughter loved it and we both tried a bite, we agreed, Cheese Coney's are very good, but Skyline gets the Nod from us for best COney's, as their buns and dogs seem to add to the flavor to make them better, service is always friendly, helpful and fast here, we call ahead when not eating inside and pickup at the drive thru.

We love the taste of Empress Chili so much more than Skyline. A different flavor and can order any way you like it. They have a unique chicken salad that you can get on a sandwich or salad plate. The chicken is ground up and doesn't have too much mayo. Great for spread on crackers.
