I can confirm that there’s poor service and this location frequently get orders wrong. Two items were missing in my call in order. The beverage was missing and instead of a waffle, toast came with my order.I’m dissatisfied with the attention to detail, experienced the low quality of service, and wouldn’t recommend purchasing from this restaurant. The inside of the restaurant could also use a deep cleaning as the surfaces and floors were dusty and dirty.

My husband and I went here for breakfast while visiting Cincy for a weekend. Everything was delicious! Especially the Million Dollar Bacon!! Good food and coffee. Service was excellent. Highly recommend stopping here if you're looking for breakfast.Dietary restrictions: Lots of options for gluten free and vegetarians.

Consistently great food and service.Dietary restrictions: Gluten intolerant and haven't had an issue when eating here. They offer GF options but warn about the possibility of cross-contamination in the cooking process.

In not sure what exactly was the issue from a service standpoint. There were a handful of people and at least 3 servers but it felt like none of the servers were aware they were working that day. Took a while to be acknowledged and even longer to be seated. Then I sat for a bit waiting on a server to realize I was there. She apologized for the wait, but for the likes of me I can't understand why there was one in the first place. Food overall was yummy, and the restaurant itself has great vibes. Service left way too much to be desired.

I want to start by saying I was at a different restaurant and was not feeling it so I decided to try this place out. i have been to first watch before about 5/6 years ago and was not impressed. This go around I was impressed from start to finish. David was my server and as a bartender/supervisor at another restaurant I always appreciate good service. David was EXCELLENT! He made good suggestions, he was polite, professional and brought everything quickly and correctly. now onto the food, THE FOOD! I got the seasonal barbacoa chilaquiles and the blueberry compote French toast, and Holy Heavens they were both amazing. 10/10 from todays visit!

Whoever is responsible for food quality for delivery, dropped the ball. I ordered the biscuits & gravy and potatoes. The biscuit was so hard it was like a crouton, that I could not eat it. The potatoes were burnt, not brown but black. I know this food would not have been served to me, if I was sitting inside the restaurant. For how much I paid for the the food, you all need to do better.

Would never return here again or recommend to anyone. Paid 30 dollars for my meal and didn’t get the syrup I had to pay EXTRA for, napkins, or a fork. Wouldn’t resolve issue, thanks for the dry pancake!!!

We enjoy our visits to First Watch. Everything is fresh made and the in store made syrup, juices and dressings are the icing on the cake.

I've loved coming here since the early 2000s! It's always a great place for yummy food, in a happy environment. Great service and very friendly staff, especially the one seater who's been there for years, as well as our usual server, Alana!Vegetarian options: There are lots of vegetarian dishes, all very good. And any dishes that include meat can have the meat left out on request!Parking: There are a few free spots of street parking, almost always taken unless you're there before it opens. Lots of paid street parking up and down the street and around both corners. The spaces across the street are often restricted for special events at the Arinoff.

I went in this morning and got 2 sides of potatoes since the amount is rarely adequate for the price. As I expected, the amount was not adequate once again. I let the cashier know before I ordered of my issue. I come back in and the man with the glasses in the front (cashier) was very kind and understanding about my request and got me more potatoes. I am not sure of his name, but thank you!

Food was good, that man seating people was not friendly and very rude. Not just to us but everyone coming in while we were there.
