First off I have to say I was just visiting from Florida where we had the original first watch. The restaurant was fine as far as atmosphere. The food looked nice coming out. However, I ordered the eggs Benedict Florentine and it was served completely cold. We were in a hurry when the sir Rachel checked in. I let her know that it tasted good but it was cold from the time was delivered. Nobody wants runny eggs that are cold said do I want her to remake it? I asked how long she thought it would take thinking the usual restaurant responses. Not long because normally they would remake a problematic order right away versus put you in line behind all the other guests. She was not friendly and only responded probably as long as it took the first time made. No apologies. I'm a slow eater. The husband had already finished half of his so I ate the cold breakfast. I would have been more forgiving. Had the restaurant been busy but it wasn't at all. Busy tomorrow. Only three or four tables including ours that were seated

Breakfast was great. Fast. Being handicapped with crutches..server went above and beyond by opening all doors for me when I arrived and departed. He was great..we tipped way beyond expected hoping some of that tip goes to him..will returnParking: Parking is terrible..management company that owns property dies little for handicapped parking .accessible in front of first watch. Jimmy John's gets preferential parking with 5 dedicated spots.Wheelchair accessibility: Hard to navigate handicapped walking into restaurants
