The food is always good but they ran out of ice cream after I placed my order. I asked for a refund for the order that couldn't be made and they short changed me.

This place is a joke in bad service. Got my order completely wrong, left things out, gave me old fries and half the cup, just miserable. Stole from me while these kids just danced around having the time of their lives. Never ever going there again!!!

Definitely can't go wrong here, Best hamburger ever! I also just recently tried there turtle sundae it was amazing
1/1/24 7:30pm Service was horrible. Nothing but kids in building and 1 grown up that acted like a child. Ordered a burger to be made with veggie patty and BACON was put on my sandwich. Ordered a turtle shake, it was put in wrong cup and spilling all over sides. Asked for fries no salt, fries came out cold and salty. Took food inside to get order fixed when I saw the ice cream machine That entire night shift crew needs to be let go. Too much horseplay and not enough cleaning or attention to what they are doing. A customer (me) could have gotten sick.

This was the worst experience around 8 pm myself and husband were gonna have Freddys for dinnerSo we order two double Freddy burger combos instead of fries we ordered chiliWell I always check my order before I leave the drive thru window I noticed we had two forks instead of spoons for chili I took the chili out the bag and both Chili’s were Ice cold it was like it was out the refrigerator or freezerNow you mean to tell me the worker who fixed this order didn’t know this chili was Ice cold who are these franchise restaurants hiring it’s a shame and poor managementSo we asked can we speak to the Manager and the Manager was even WORST we asked for a full refund and my husband was upset as he had every right to be the Manager argued took his jacket off like he was coming outside to fight very UNPROFESSIONAL!! All I can say is stay away from this Freddy and the Manager needs to be TERMINATED!!! Don’t waste your money go somewhere else please !!

I've never eaten at any location and thought I'd read reviews 1st. Words like dirty and jerky staff and manager. Also the words " Way Too SALTY" pop up a lot. This is January of 2024.... have things improved or should I just take a hard pass? Thanks in advance!
