Top three best burgers I've ever had. They even offer bison burgers! The Parmesan truffle French fries are amazing as well. It definitely feels very fancy but in a cute and casual environment.

This place is so delicious! I love frenchies, and burgers! So delicious. The fries are also exquisite! I have been here so many times and will always continue to come back!

First time there and it was amazing, the food was hot and cooked exactly how I asked. Definitely recommend!

Great food. Great staff. I highly recommend their wagyu burger. Especially with pineapple salsa. Yumm.

This is a spot people should talk about more.I had the vegetarian a Bahn Mi. I'm not a vegetarian, but it sounded good.No regrets. It had clean, bright flavors, but it had an unconventional twist. The bread was fantastic. You can tell they care about what they serve. My co worker got a burger and fries. The fries looked devine. He said the burger was awesome. It took considerable willpower not to steal a bite from his burger.

Did a recent takeout with Frenchie. The beyond burger and fries with parmesan and truffle were good, infact, the quantity of fries was huge! The booths and interiors were very lively and they do have a live music playing every Thursday. I would want to come back again on a Thursday.

To be honest, do not come here and waste your money at this place. The food isn’t seasoned right, there’s really no flavor or love to the food. I could hardly taste anything, and I was very sad that this what people are going crazy for. Thankfully, I did not have any food poisoning. This is coming from a cali girl who eats the high end and well-cooked prestigious foods. My meal tasted like it was picked up from a garbage can, and recooked to order.

Once you wind your way through the most confusing parking lot in Ohio, you make your way into a cute little café on the plaza. There is outdoor seating, and it's fairly quiet, so we sat outside. Menu was full of neat ideas, so I decided to order my hamburger "the Frenchie Way," which is open-faced on a baguette. As you can see from the photos, it came the American way, which is on a plain old bun. It seemed appropriate, because it was really just a plain old burger. Nothing wrong with it, but it was just a cheeseburger. My wife ordered a Gene Kelly (which is incidentally, a plain old cheeseburger) and a Brussels Sprouts Salad - which was the star of the evening. We ordered French Fries a la carte, and were just whelmed. Certainly not overwhelmed, but not underwhelmed either. A solid 3-star. A certainly okay place, perhaps able to charge as much as they do because they're trendy and located in the midst of Deerfield, but I'm really not in a rush to return. A very okay evening at a fairly steep pricepoint. One important note: every single staff member either greeted us or stopped by to see if we needed anything. Our glasses were never empty for more than a minute or two, and for folks sitting outside, this is a rarity. The service was way better than the food they brought us.

Well, well, well! I finally tried this wonderful spot in Mason. I had the Le Pig burger (beef burger, bacon, garlic and herb spread) I got a side salad and added on the dill and cucumber slices. My burger was one of the BEST I've ever had. It was so juicy and tasty that I was amazed that there wasn't a two hour wait for this place! Ashley was our server and she was so friendly and helpful! I just was blown away at how good the food is and the whole vibe of this restaurant! My husband built his own burger and got the truffle fries. I tried his fries and they were crisp on the outside but tender on the inside. We both had water with lemon to drink and our bill came to almost $26. Money well spent!! I can't wait to go back (in fact I'm thinking about retuning for dinner! Lol!). Try this place and I'm sure you won't be disappointed!!!

We were seated fairly quickly however after waiting 45 minutes for our food we were told "your order has not actually shown up on the screen yet and when it does it will be approximately 1 hour wait at that time". Needless to say we were very upset that this information was not provided when we were seated. It was Burger Week so we expected a wait but not being informed of just how long they planned to leave us sitting there was completely unacceptable. For what it's worth, the food we did see delivered to other tables looked good but can't verify that it was. We did manage to get a single glass of 'Sweet Tea' which was unsweet, barely tinted water; it was awful.

Apparently when you place a pick-up order add another 35 minutes to your wait. Was told my order would be ready in 20-25 minutes. Gave them an extra 5 minutes still wasn't ready, walked out after an hour. I'll go somewhere else if this is their way of doing take out.

What a disappointment! I would never guess this place had anything to do with John-Robert. Extremely long wait for a burger. A patty that didn’t fill the bun. A whimpy bun. Limp fries with hardly any seasoning. The pickle was good

The sweet tea had a sour taste as though it had been sitting out for a while. I asked for no onion and onion was on the burger. Asked for medium well and got a well done to the point of complete dryness. The bun was more flavorful than the actual burger. The fries were cold as well. Would not recommend to anyone.

We decided to stop here for a burger. The staff was helpful. We got takeout. We tried 3 different burgers. The gene Kelly, alpine, and pig city were ordered. The favorite is the gene Kelly. The fries were parnesan garlic coated. They were delicious. It took about 20 to 25 minutes to get our 6 sandwiches. Not bad for impulse ordering.
