My daughter and I stopped in for lunch recently and thought it was ok. It was great but it wasn't bad either. We ordered an appetizer of Crab Rangoon and we both ordered sushi. I ordered the Sushi Deluxe and some Salmon sushi. My daughter orders the Philly Roll and Volcano Roll. The Crab Rangoon was pretty good. Although it tasted more of onion and cream cheese than any crab. The sushi was served with a miso soup. It was fine, a little bland, but fine. The sushi was just ok. The pieces in my sushi deluxe were generous in size but felt kind of tough. Not spoiled or bad - just kind of lower quality. I hope it was sushi grade fish. Neither of us finished our sushi - despite being starving. Anyway, it was just ok. I don't think I'd rush back for the sushi. The restaurant was clean and the service was fine.

We came here for private room dinner on a Saturday and were disappointed in many areas. The private room was very cramped, the chairs along the back were right up against the fireplace mantle with no room to move a chair out to sit down. This is not an exaggeration, there is literally no room. The chef was very clearly not interested and our party made a few comments about it. There was grease leaking onto the floor and very corroded/rusted pipes can be seen. The bathrooms are a joke. They are not clean, the stall locks were missing, there was a giant hole you can see through where the lock was supposed to be. You can clearly see through the large gaps in the stall. They very clearly don’t care about upkeep/maintenance. Will not be returning.

First time eating here, will definitely return. Server was amazing! Great personality, quick, and on top of everything. Food was delicious. Appetizers came out quick and hot. Great show watching them on the hibachi. Not busy for a Sunday afternoon. Definitely worth a visit!

Delicious food and very generous servings. We also tried the honey roll. It was very fresh and filling. The combination hibachi platter was enough for two people.

Yummy and omg super fresh. The lunch boxes are super fun and a lot of food. I had the beef and shrimp teriyaki box. Tender beef and flavorful tempura vegetables.Vegetarian options: Wide variety of options.

Came in for dinner and sat in the dining room, not hibachi. Our waitress, I believe, had tables in both areas, so we had a few times when the wait seemed a little long. For example, after placing our drink order and appetizer (we ordered 1 sushi roll for an appetizer, the Smokey Mountain roll, and it was AMAZING), we waited a good 15-20 before placing our main order. As a main, I ordered the teriyaki salmon box. While there was a great variety of food in the box and a LOT of tempura, the salmon seemed a little on the overcooked side and I didn't really taste any teriyaki at all.Overall, the experience was pleasant, the staff was nice, the restaurant was clean, and the food was decent.

This is a lovely spot right in Eastgate! Service was great despite how busy they were and our waitress was attentive. They have both dining room and hibachi options for seating, we picked the dining room.We got the Smokey Mountain Roll as an appetizer and it was great! There was a pretty smokey flavor to it so it's aptly named. I ordered a salmon teriyaki box which came with salmon, a LOT of tempura (a couple pieces of shrimp, sweet potato, onion, broccoli and mushroom I believe), 4 pieces of a California roll, gyoza, a wonton, and a fried fish or crab cake (couldn't quite place it). The teriyaki salmon didn't have much of a teriyaki flavor which was disappointing but the rest of the box was good.Parking: The parking lot is a bit run down but there's plenty of parking!
