$31 for a California roll, a cup of miso and a smoked salmon bowl. 1/2 the bowl and all the soup went in the trash. The roll was fine, we ate that. The water machine wasn't working so we stole some pink lemonade: it was off in a disturbing, savory way. Will not be back ?

The food always looks and tastes fresh. Sushi has the tendency to not be filling, but at FUSIAN, I feel you really get your money’s worth. I really enjoy having the ability to customize my sushi rolls, as not many places allow you to do that. I also appreciate how many cooked protein options are available. Service is always fast and friendly.Overall, I would recommend!

Cannot in good conscience recommend eating here for safety reasons. When someone takes the time out of their day to attempt to calmly and kindly explain their concerns, you should start by listening, rather than going on for ten minutes about how everything is fine the way it is. Maybe this is a part of the reason why all of your locations are struggling to keep managers. Anyway, I’m glad to have tried it, now I know what to expect.

Ordered delivery from here. Sushi on the rice was definitely undercooked. We also got 2 mango rices, and they sent it with pineapple, which was not fresh.. I do not recommend.
