Fusian is really good BYO sushi with awesome options. Love their drinks too. This location is really busy during lunch hours so just order ahead or give yourself some time.Edit: Originally my review was lower due to the absence of staff during posted hours and the management reached out offering an explanation. I suppose it was a fluke they closed that day I visited.

I love fusian but they lose a star for price and short hours. They really only care about the corporate lunch crowd, not the typical downtown resident or tourist.

Lots of vegetarian and vegan options. I like the seasonal veggies too :) but the pricing has gone up dramatically. Quality of food is still great, but the price is no longer accessible to me.

Terrible! The worst I've ever had! I order the Crispy Shrimp. It was absolutely HORRIBLE! Whoever they had making this needs to be seriously retrained to do it correctly. It was so dry, no sauce, no crunchies! JUST TERRIBLE! The quality has been going down hill over the years, but this was unexceptional!!

Pretty sure I got food poisoning from here today, possibly even salmonella or e. coli. I went around 1pm or so and ordered two rolls. The crunchy salmon roll and one with raw salmon and the crab mix. I was beyond sick for at least 4 hours both ways. Got the shakes and tingling all through my body and arms. Hot flashes & super weak. It was the only thing I had eaten so far today. It's now 8pm and still sick (tmi but even passing blood at this point into the evening). Sept 27, 2021. Will never go back, I should've known when I saw the "fish" sitting out the way that it was. Not to talk poorly of the place but I would absolutely not eat here or consume any of the raw fish. Spare yourself!

Sushi tastes ok my problem is I always order a roll with a seaweed salad. I would say maybe 40-50% of the time they include the salad with my order even though it’s paid for

Worst experience ever! Ordered online because it would be quicker and easier per the website. I literally waited 20 minutes for my food. My food was giving away and the cashier fussed how there is no rhyme or reason who gets served first. What? The blatant disrespect and excuses of being understaffed. My food was put in a cardboard box so by the time I got home it was a mess and only half the ingredients I ordered. And let me add where are the hair nets for those making the sushi and gloves for the cashier?
